The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons: Equipment: * Anteroom / hallway * Kitchen with south-facing balcony, view to Brecherspitze * 1 bedroom with double bed and Wendelsteinblick * bathroom with shower / WC The kitchen is additionally equipped with a kettle, Toaster and a coffee maker.   It is accessible from both rooms, the bathroom / toilet across the hallway. You do not have to go through the other room. The kitchen is located on the south side with a balcony. The bedroom is very quiet to the north side with a small balcony.  Both rooms can be darkened with a shutter.   Parking is available directly on the property.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
