Please enter the code on the front door to enter. If you want to use the garage, please use the listed access code.

Please use the kayaks or bikes at your own risk, be careful!

The pool controls are located outside the screened lanai.



There is Tiki Lighting inside the Tiki Bar.



To operate the stove:

To turn on:

Hold down the lower center (|) until the light comes on "00". Then immediately hold down the individual (|) on the stove -- a, b, c, d, e -- you wish to activate. Once that selected store is activated, press "+" or "-" to adjust the power level.



To turn off:

Hold down the lower center (|) and everything should shut off when it is completely cooled down, indicated by horizontal lines during the cool-down.



List of what is provided: Your vacation home comes ready with starter essentials for your stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper, spices, foil paper, a welcome coffee kit, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags (1 per day), and a roll of paper towels. Bathrooms include toilet paper (1–2 rolls per bath), shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, towels, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Starter laundry detergent and basic cleaning supplies are also provided. Fresh linens and extra blankets await your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Palm Harbor neighborhood is a quiet family friendly neighborhood located in the heart of sail boat country in Palm Coast, FL. Only minutes (by car) to the beach and very short distance to European Village with all the shops and restaurants, grocery shopping, dining and miles of walking and biking trails.



Getting Around:

You will need a car here. We do have Uber services when needed.



Other Things to Note:

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.

- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.

- Pool heat is available for $45 per night (2–5 night stays). A weekly rate of $287 (7 nights) is available, and $200 per week for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
