Enjoy the privacy of an entire home, featuring three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (two on the upper floor and one in the basement). The home offers plenty of entertainment options, including a ping pong table, hover football table, and more to explore.
Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this home is within walking distance of public transportation, grocery stores, Starbucks, McDonald's, and various other conveniences. A beautiful community park with a large playground, water park, basketball and tennis courts, as well as jogging trails and an LA Fitness center, is just steps away.
For business travelers, the Magna International global headquarters is only 1 km away. Families and students will appreciate the proximity to St. Andrew’s College (3 km) and Pickering College (4 km). Golf enthusiasts will find plenty of excellent courses nearby. Plus, with a short drive to the GO Station, you’ll have easy access to downtown Toronto’s Union Station.
