The house is currently undergoing an extensive remodel and will have 6 bedrooms when complete and all of the bedrooms will be access via the interior of the home (complete Oct 1, 2025).

Our custom home features 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms sits on 1.2 acres and is located above Columbine Lake with a private hot tub.

Less then 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 25 miles from historic downtown Durango, the home offers privacy and seclusion and amenities including 3 outdoor living spaces including the deck off the main living space which features view of Columbine Lake, a private hot tub, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill and additional seating. The luxury home also features super fast Starlink WIFI (100MBs), You Tube TV, washer/dryer, 2 car garage and a gourmet kitchen.

The Main Living Space features floor to ceiling windows with amazing views.

The home is NOT pet friendly - please do not bring pets or emotional support animals.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
