Check in time is 4 pm. When we arrived at 4:05pm, the cleaning lady was still there. Well, they missed the mark on cleaning. The refrigerator was filthy inside. The first thing we did was clean the refrigerator. There were spider webs in the downstairs bedroom that had to be removed. When we went to cook breakfast the first morning, several of the dishes we pulled from the cabinets has to be washed. There were dried food particles on plates, utensils and pans (and rust on some pans). There were random (small) holes on walls, stains on walls, and dried food particles on walls. The TV in the downstairs sitting area looked like it was about to fall off the wall so, we went nowhere near that. I will say that there is plenty of space for families. The beds were comfortable, the location is great and we actually had an enjoyable stay once we cleaned things up a bit upon arrival. With a little bit of TLC and updates, this place has potential.

Exactly what we needed. We needed a place that was reasonably priced, convenient, had lots of beds & a place for our dog. The fenced back yard & a play-set for the kids were icing on the cake.

My family of 10 had a great stay. Plenty of space for all. We really enjoyed the downstairs living room with easy access to the fenced in yard for the dogs.

Great House for Hosting Family!

We enjoyed our stay at the house for a weekend get-together. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Lots of space for people to spend time together, and the dogs could roam free in the large, fenced yard. Several areas of the house need updating, but the accommodations were fine. Some of the fans and bathroom fans need dusting. The kitchen needs a little cleaning, and the cabinets were stocked minimally. The coffee setup was super! Overall, great experience with the host! Would definitely recommend!

Wedding Week

Had a great stay as we planned and carried out our sonā€™s wedding. The property is a trilevel structure that was built in the late 1960ā€™s or early 1970ā€™s. There are solid services everywhere which is phenomenal!!! Pros: clean, as promised, and owner easy to communicate withNegatives: busy street but manageable, stairs are really steep so not elderly/handicapped friendly (just a note), and tubs donā€™t have anti-slip material applied but in a closet (cost us a trip to ER when my sister fell getting in).Overall: definitely recommend but please not a few of the issues but had a great week that resulted in getting a daughter in law.(

Family friendly

Property is large, spacious, and very clean! Plenty of bedrooms and gathering areas (we had 10 people). Large fenced yard for the dog, with a swing set that the baby loved! Host replied promptly to any questions. Plenty of parking space. Had a great stay!

Wedding weekend

We needed a place near Georgetown for a wedding weekend. Location is great, in a nice neighborhood near the greenway. The home is spacious with a nice backyard available for pets. I definitely recommend for a stay in Cleveland.

Comfortable and Roomy!

Great location close to 75! Large home with good parking and a covered parking spot. We had a latr family Christmas and the basement living room was the perfect spot for that and movies!

Nice stay!

Very roomy house with a great backyard for the dogs. The beds are comfy too. We really enjoyed our stay! There was a bit of difficulty checking in but the owners rectified it very quickly. They're super easy to communicate with and very prompt to respond. We never had any trouble other than the initial check-in when the code didn't work but as i said, they were quick to fix that. Its so hard to find any vacation places that allow more than one or two dogs that usually have to be under 20 pounds so we were thrilled that these owners allow up to four of any size! We had two small and two large dogs. There were a couple of small things that need attention or repair that i mentioned to them but that may be recent for all I know.. just things like the trash can lid didnt stay closed and a couple towel bars had been broken. The cleaning could be better but there again its not the standard weekly type clean that lacks.. its the stuff youd do on a deeper clean so maybe the crew just hasnt gotten to it yet. Im talking about the risers on the steps, windowsills, baseboards... and even then it wasn't bad. Overall it was clean, well kept, comfortable, and we had a great time. And the checkout procedure is a breeze!! I would absolutely recommend this rental!

My family spent a week here for vacation. The house was lovely, if a bit creaky. Short drive to several nice hiking options. The owner was quickly responsive to a small issue we ran into. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for my brother's dog.

Exactly what we needed!

Our family had to make a last minute trip to Chattanooga, and this close Cleveland location was perfect for us. The home is quite spacious and we were all very comfortable. We loved having a fenced in back yard for our children and small dog. We were WONDERFULLY surprised that there was a playground area for the kids! We had no idea upon arriving they'd have this play space, and they were THRILLED. I would definitely recommend this home for larger families to gather and relax :)

Stayed weekend to attend a wedding

Easy to find. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Plenty of off street parking. Lots of space. Large family areas, nice fenced yard. Clean. Comfy beds. Great communication and response from owner. Great for a group. Way less expense per couple than staying in a local hotel. Had a great stay!

Great central location

We had an unfortunate reason to need to stay in Cleveland (funeral for a family member), and needed to have our fur family with us as our pet sitters (family) had to be in the same place. This was a clean, well appointed, centrally located home that welcomed all of us.

Wedding accommodation

Very spacious and perfect for our needs. Grocery store nearby to grab a few things for breakfast and snacks. We could have used an iron for some of the dress shirts but I had a steamer that worked well. Everything else was there. Thank you!

Great location

The property is very spacious, however, it is in need of a facelift. It is very dated and has mismatch furniture throughout. The stairs from the front door to the main level are extremely steep and the individual steps are taller than normal, definitely not recommended for the elderly or disabled. There was active trapping for mice in the form of glue traps, no mice spotted but still left us uneasy. We did appreciate the fenced in backyard for dogs.
