This artfully designed and furnished one-bedroom condo is a quiet oasis within walking distance of Union Square, the financial district, and just across from the Ritz Carlton San Francisco. I used to own a studio (hence some of the references in old reviews) but just moved into a beautiful one-bedroom in the same building. The apartment has Meile stackable washer/dryer and high-end stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a beautiful king-size bed with plenty of dresser and closet space.
An abundance of high-fashion boutiques and specialty stores to please the savviest shopper, along with the finest cuisine San Francisco has to offer, all just a short stroll out the door.

With downtown San Francisco as your backyard, this property is reminiscent of a Parisian boutique hotel. Ideally located for seeing San Francisco without a car, and a great hotel alternative when vacationing or attending conventions. Walk to many attractions and meeting sites. Excellent nearby public transportation: cable car 1/2 block away, buses and taxis within easy reach. Laundry in unit, Dry Cleaners nearby.

For your convenience, there is a J&W Market within the building itself. Non-smoking unit/building.

Great Nob Hill Apartment!

Megan's apartment in Nob Hill was fantastic for our team! We had a remote employee visiting our SF office and this was a perfect accommodation for them! Super clean, walking distance to downtown and Megan was so wonderful to work with. She accommodated all our needs, was great at communicating instructions and truly made our stay the best! Thanks again and would definitely recommend this spot!

A wonderful stay!

I rented the apartment for my son's internship in SF for 10 weeks from mid Feb to end of April 2016. Megan is responsive, professional, and most helpful during the entire stay. The location is superb, the kitchen/bathroom modern and well equipped , and the neighbours are all very quiet. Superb!

Great Spot

The apartment and location are fantastic. It is clean, comfortable, and has lots of information on local attractions. Also, its right on the cable car line, making it easy to get around. It is in a well lit, secure building in a safe neighborhood. THe check in and check out process were seamless. Highly recommended and will be back.

Great stay

The studio is in a wonderful location with easy access to cable cars and in walking distance to a number of tourist destinations. The living space is small but very well equipped . The bathroom is suprisingly large and the washer/dryer combo is a real bonus. The kitchen has a great convection micro wave as well as a small cooking area and there is nice seating for two to enjoy a meal. If you are looking for a nicely decorated studio that is close to all amenities then you should consider this one.

Summer stay

This was such a perfect location and studio to stay in while I had a summer internship. Great food everywhere, extremely convenient, everything was fantastic. The ONLY downside was the size of the kitchen but that's only because I stayed for such a long time. For a mid-length vacation, this place is perfection.

Special Place

The description was accurate - but it is even better in person. The apartment was clean, check-in / out was smooth, and I could get in touch easily with Megan. I am going to find an excuse to come back soon... Definitely do recommend this well located spot. The neighborhood is very nice. I walked to everything - lots of good restaurants and places to visit.

Comfortable and clean

We really enjoyed staying at Megan's apartment - a classy and cozy home away from home. Travelers will appreciate the washer dryer. Walk down the hill to Union Square, Chinatown and North Beach. For a special treat, have breakfast across the road at the Ritz Carlton.

Charming, Cozy and Close to everything!

Great location

We stayed 8 nights in this wonderful location. My spouse attended a conference in downtown and I went shopping or visited nice touristic attractions in and around SFO e.g. Golden Gate Recreation Area or Point Reyes National Seashore. The apartment is a nice and peaceful hide in the central city in walking distance to the Cable Cars. There is a 'relatively budget' parking lot at the corner of Sutter/Stockton street nearby.

Stay here!

My husband and I just returned today from Megan's studio in San Fran. We had a wonderful stay and recommend her stylish and cute studio to travelers visiting. It's close to all the major points of interest by foot, we walked everywhere or public transportation. The location was perfect for us, we walked to Chinatown, union square, Fishermans Wharf, Tenderloin district even Alamo Square, to see the painted ladies! We rented a car and found an inexpensive garage a couple blocks away to see other towns outside of San Fran too. There are also great places for coffee, all meals for the day and after dinner drinks too. Megan was so easy to work with from the time of booking until we checked out. This was our very first vrbo rental and she made it seamless. Book your next trip and take advantage of the location and amenities her place has to offer! Thanks again, Megan!

FUn filled week in San Fran

My wife and I stayed at this small sudio apartment and it was better than staying at a hotel for about the smae price. Great location in Nob Hill, close to trolley, gorcery store and China Town. We were there for a week and found this place just perfect.

Great location and room

I stayed here over one month. It was a perfect place for enjoying city life in San Francisco. The location was absolutely perfect for me, near to China town and everywhere. Very private, quiet, and peaceful. The owner was very helpful. Thank you, Megan, I hope to stay here again next time.

Clean and Comfortable in Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful visit to San Francisco over the holidays. All of our communication with Megan, (the owner) was timely, easy and very friendly. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and are also owners, so we especially appreciated the ease of the rental from inital contact, picking up the keys, the apartment was completely as advertised and photographed, and check-out was a breeze as well. The furnishings and appliances, cookware, etc are all quality and it's obvious that it's been furnished as a home, not simply a vacation rental. The location couldn't be better, very close to Union Square and Chinatown. We won't hesitate to stay again when our travels take us to San Francisco. Thanks Megan!

This place is fantastic! Every year, I look for somewhere to go exciting for my birthday and once we decided on SF, I decided to use VRBO to locate a place to stay. I must say we were not disappointed, it was exactly as shown in the photos, quaint, quiet and romantic. My boyfriend and I were greeted by the owners upon our arrivals and we immediately felt as though we had known each other forever. They just had a genuine warmth about themselves. They took the time to go everything with us in the studio, provided brochures, maps and gave us specific details on where we were located and transportation options. They also made sure we new how to get in touch with them in case an emergency arose. Since it was my birthday, they surprised us with a bottle of bubbly left chilling in the fridge! The property was immaculate and very well maintained. We loved having the convenience of the market in the same building. But most of all we were in walking distance or 1/2 block from the Trolley to all the major attractions. I would highly recommend staying at this property and having the opportunity to meet these great owners.

Cozy, close to everything and perfect!

I. Love. This. Place. I was visiting SF for a conference - and staying at the conference hotel sounded so...boring. I came across this vacation rental and immediately fell in love. It's near the action - but you're not in the "crush" of Union Square. The owners were fantastic to work with. Deborah got back to me right away, answered all my questions and quickly executed the rental agreement. The apartment is FANTASTIC. The pictures don't do it justice, actually. The unit may be small, but it feels roomy - and, wow, is it cute. Plus, it feels very, very safe (in fact, I had lunch with a friend of mine from SF, and he mentioned that the unit is in a very good area of the city.) Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat! Assuming I could get a reservation - this place is extremely popular (and it should be - it's really that good!) Great owners, great location, great unit, great decor. Why stay in a hotel? :)

Apartamento precioso en zona inmejorable!

Excelente estudio situado en la zona de Nob Hill, muy bien decorado, a un paso de ChinaTown y a un tiro de piedra de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Fisherman's Wharf, muy accesible desde el tranvía o dando un pequeño paseo, ahorrandote la aglomeración de turistas que pernoctan por allí. Vecindario muy tranquilo en una de las mejores zonas de San Francisco. Los dueños atentos, educados y muy amables. Buena gente, en definitiva. Ningún problema que objetar, la verdad. Y....por cierto, me encanto el patio interior donde uno puede disfrutar de la compañía de colibrís muy a menudo. Maravillosos animales. Totalmente recomendable. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Modern Comfort in the Middle of San Francisco!

Location was amazing. Having never been to SF before, we were in the most central location. Easy access to buses, trolleys and BART. And we used them all! Perfect for a single or a couple looking for a home base in the city. Very comfy and appointed with all you might need while you were there. The part that wowed us the most was the interior design. The studio was cute and stylish and comfortable. And the use of glass and mirrors and simple designs made the studio feel much more spacious and open.

Wonderful City and perfect Location to stay!

My friend and I stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks. We had the great opportunity to come all the way from Germany and do an internship in San Francisco. Arriving in the apartment, it directly felt like home! We were very happy to have such a wonderful place to live for this long time. We cooked a lot in the little kitchen, because everything we needed was already there. The location is perfect! After climbing up the hill the first two days, we discovered that the cable cars are going up just one block further. So our routine was taking the cable up after work. There are also many MUNI stations close to the apartment where you can catch different busses to enjoy the hole city. If we had any questions or needed help with something Deborah and her husband were always there to ask. This experience could not have been any better. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this lovely place! Meine Freundin und ich haben in dem Apartment 6 Wochen gewohnt. Wir hatten die einzigartige Moeglichkeit ein Praktikum in San Francisco zu absolvieren. Wir waren sehr gluecklich, dass wir uns in der kleinen Wohnung direkt wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Wir haben fast jeden Abend in der kleinen Kueche gekocht, denn an Utensilien fehlte einfach nichts. Auch die Lage ist super!
