Come stay at this gorgeous, clean, renovated, top-floor apartment in beautiful Lincoln Park. The unit is located on a quiet block, yet close to everything. It includes a free on-site parking spot located directly behind the building and in-unit laundry! The unit is a walker's paradise, with so much nearby, including great shops and restaurants, the lake, the zoo, downtown, Wrigley Field, public transportation, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, a gourmet market, parks, playgrounds and more!

THE APARTMENT HAS:
-1 private parking spot reserved only for guests and is located directly behind our building (not covered).
-Free Wireless Internet
-Smart TV – you use your own login and password for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video etc.
-Washer/dryer in the unit with unscented detergent and dryer sheets provided
-3 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed (medium-firm memory foam mattresses) and high quality sheets, including duvet covers

We had a lovely stay in Erika’s beautiful apartment in Lincoln Park. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. She was so accommodating with our last minute planning! The location is perfect, close to everything and good restaurants, but the tree-lined block is very quiet. Apartment is clean, specious and has everything you could need! We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Erika’s place! It’s on a lovely tree-lined street in Lincoln Park, with a central location and dedicated parking that made getting around so easy. The space was just right for our family of four (with two little ones), very clean, and stocked with all the basics plus thoughtful kid items. It’s simple and unpretentious, but cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a family trip. Erika was kind and easy to communicate with—highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient spot in Chicago!

Lincoln Park

The property was great. The kitchen was well equipped along with a very comfortable setting throughout the unit. The location was great…close to restaurants and entertainment. I have stayed in multiple VRBO’s in Lincoln Park and this is the nicest we have experienced. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Great spot in Lincoln Park

Had a great time here with my family, including young kids. Convenient, walkable to just about everything you need, updated and well appointed. Would happily stay here again next time our travels take us through Chicago.

Definitely Would Visit Again !

Amazing location, beautiful vintage building, very clean, and the owner was both responsive and kind. The only negative is a minor one, some of the LR/DR furniture is uncomfortable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

Great neighborhood, nice appointed place

Nice stay in a townhome packed neighborhood with an upscale foodie market, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It's on the third floor, so lots of steps to get in and out through the front or back door. Nicely newly remodeled place, enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home

My family and I stayed here for a few days to check out the city. It was close to the brown line and was in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved having a parking spot so we didn’t have to stress about that part. We’d definitely book again if we came to Chicago.

Chicago weekend

The property was great, clean and as stated in the listing. I wasn’t sure how one bathroom would work with four adults but it was fine. The location can’t be beat. I wish we had more time to check out the neighborhood. We did not have a car but I can see how a parking spot would be needed.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed the property and the location. We were visiting our daughter who attends college near by. Great location, fun restaurants near by. Everything is walkable. The apartment was fantastic. Charming and perfect for our family. A huge perk is the parking spot. The property manager Erika was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay Lincoln Park

The neighborhood street was beautiful and quiet; yet, just up the street and around the corner was the fun and lively side of Lincoln Park. Steps away from the train for easy access to other parts of the city and Dom's market and TJs for meals at home. Great restaurants in walking distance. Warm and Cozy apt with all amenities needed. Thanks for the home away from home for the week.

Great Location. High Price.

This is a very clean apartment in a wonderful location. It is also surprisingly quiet, considering the L route is not too far away. Pros: The location is walking distance to DePaul and Lincoln Park, and also close to Lakeshore Drive. There is a market right around the corner for provisions. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a parking spot! The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is new and has a nice shower. Cons: There are a LOT of stairs. It's not too daunting if you enter from the front, but the back side of the building where the parking spot is, has a steep wooden staircase that would not be suitable for young children, elderly people, or anyone with physical limitations. The bedrooms are incredibly small. There were only two of us and it was impossible to unpack or move around each other. If all three bedrooms were occupied it would be very uncomfortable. The photographs make them look bigger than they are. The outside space is not clean and the view was a big pile of boxes and garbage on the neighbor's deck. Overall, this place is all about the location. If you plan to not be there much, it would probably be fine, but it is not a comfortable space to hang out or relax in. We could have stayed in a very nice hotel for the price. It is clean and quiet and has parking, but it was overpriced in my opinion.

Great Location

Our family was in Chicago for a total of 9 days and enjoyed everything about our stay. The location for us was perfect. We were close to the L so we had friends ride that in to meet us, we used it to go to a Cubs game and easily could have used it to go down town. We used Uber a lot to Lincoln Park, Downtown ect and that was easy too. Best part for us was the restaurants and places like Target were close. We brought a folding wagon and wheeled it down to get our food and supplies for the stay at Target which made it easy so we never had to drive. The parking spot was great too! Finally the hosts were great. We had constant communication and they helped us out with any questions we had. Great place to stay!

Great stay in Lincoln Park

This is a great property- 3rd floor walk-up on residential street. Very quiet. 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds. Large, clean bathroom. Comfortable couch and seating in living room. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, plates, silverware, coffee maker and coffee. Erika is a great host and easy to communicate with. The property is in a great location, 1 1/2 blocks from downtown Lincoln park. There are many cute coffeeshops and delicious restaurants such as Philz Coffee, Barcocina Mexican, Summer House Santa Monica for fantastic brunch, and Basil Leaf Italian. We would definitely stay again when in the Chicago area.
