Holiday Home with Sauna, BBQ & Squash Court

Welcome to our comfortable, family-friendly holiday home situated on a fully fenced 2,000 m² property. The main house is based on a more than 100-year-old wooden structure, renovated with natural materials. It is bright, cozy and available all year round.
The main house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an additional toilet on the ground floor next to the dining area, as well as a shower in the basement located next to the sauna. A spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 m²) provide plenty of space for relaxing and spending time together. The Finnish sauna is available for a small additional fee.
On the property you will also find a second building with a squash court and additional garden rooms. Each of these rooms has a private entrance from the garden, its own bathroom, and access to a second fully equipped kitchen.
Room allocation depending on group size:
– up to 12 guests: main house
– 13–14 guests: + 1 garden room
– 15–16 guests: + 2 garden rooms
– 17–20 guests: + 2 garden rooms + 1 room next to the squash court
All rooms are periodically disinfected with ozone.
The house is located in a peaceful, picturesque village in the heart of the Lubusz Lake District, surrounded by forests, lakes and nature. The village has a clean swimming lake, and the Kalinowe Pole Golf Club is only 12 km away.
