Quiet, idyllic forest home in beautiful nature close to town

On a 6300 square meter forest plot on a nearly untracked forest path awaits you a traditional modernized Sweden house in a secluded location with a floor space of 128 sqm, which is habitable all year. The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to live, work or go on vacation. The ground floor features a generously proportioned living and studio rooms with wood flooring, fireplace, painting and drawing table, easels, and two desks with office chair. A second living room next to a sofa and armchairs also has a cozy fireplace and a work desk with office chair. Throughout the house is internet (WiFi) available. The kitchen is fully equipped (for details see. U.), Has a dining table for 4-5 persons. In winter, an old wood-burning stove (Vedspis) for cozy stove warmth.
Two bedrooms on the upper floor offer enough space for up to 4 people -. Perfect eg for 2 couples or a family with children. An additional folding bed is available.
The large garden with a small stone terrace offers children plenty of space to play. Here you will find a barbecue, 5 bicycles (3 adult bikes, 1 middle and a smaller children's bike, although we can not guarantee the functionality), some games and leisure equipment (golf clubs, fishing, cross-country skis, croquet, darts, volleyball etc. ).
From the spring of 2018, our guests will have access to the approx. 60 square meter painter's studio (this is the second building, in the picture with parasols). The price for the use is a matter of negotiation.
The beautiful surroundings invite nature lovers for hiking, fishing, cycling, cross-country skiing or - in summer - for a picnic at one of the nearby lakes.

We would like to point out three things to our guests: Firstly, we ask you to bring bed linen and towels. On the other hand, it is unfortunately necessary that you clean the house yourself on departure and ensure that subsequent guests feel comfortable in this regard. If you are traveling with children up to the age of 18, please DO NOT enter them on the booking form, otherwise they will be counted as additional paid guests.
