THE SPACE This impressive log home is ideal for gathering with family or friends with the open living areas, vaulted ceilings, contemporary furnishings and decor, a beautiful stone fireplace and a gourmet kitchen with an enormous island. Whip up a delicious meal effortlessly in the well-stocked kitchen and choose to dine at the oversized family table or “al fresco” on the back patio with mountain views.
Enjoy evenings soaking in the hot tub, mastering your golf skills on the putting green or making s’mores while relaxing around the fire pit. For the kids in the family, or simply kids at heart, the cozy bunkhouse is a family favorite for a fun backyard sleepout!
There are two nicely appointed primary bedroom suites on the main level. The first features a king bed, a queen bed, a cozy wood paneled ceiling, a unique stone wall feature, mountain views, back patio access and an en suite bathroom. The second has a plush king bed, mountain views and en suite bathroom with tub and shower.
On the lower level, a large media room with an oversized sectional sofa and a SmartTV is perfect for family movie night! Additionally, there are two comfortably furnished guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom offers two queen beds and a twin bunkbed and the second bedroom is furnished with two queen beds.
Located in the heart of Glenwood Springs, within steps of the Rio Grande Trail, a short drive to world class ski resorts, and near downtown`s unique shops, restaurants, live entertainment, hot springs pools, world class fly fishing, rafting, kayaking and more, this location is ideal!

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited. Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine.
Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Protect your vacation with RentalGuardian in case of cancellations, emergencies, and more. Specifics will be provided in your confirmation email so you can get started and travel with peace of mind.
Although there is not central A/C for the home, there is a mini split AC unit in the main level living room and kitchen area and a whole house circulation fan.
The putting green is available for EXPERIENCED ADULT GOLFERS ONLY. Golf clubs and golf balls are not provided.
Charcoal is NOT provided so please bring your own if you plan to use the charcoal grill.
There is space for 3 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest`s use.
Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page. In addition, a $500 security deposit will be authorized as a temporary hold (not charged) on the credit card on file for up to 7 days.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. E. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy of the home may NOT stay overnight at the Property. F. Guest is responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by Guest. G. Guest agrees not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property. H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time. I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles. J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose. K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property. L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises. M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval. N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property. O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather. P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems. Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement. R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure. U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.
