Best deck on New Smyrna Beach

The view from this coastal home is amazing! The bi-level deck is large enough for the biggest family and is where you will spend all your time. The living space is surrounded by glass windows and doors which gives the kitchen, living room and dining room a great view of the water. Three full bathrooms are located downstairs along with both of the king bedrooms. Upstairs is a large loft with 2 queen beds and a queen futon. This small community of 10 units shares a pool and tennis/pickleball court. The entire unit was renovated in 2016 - check out the pictures. It looks even better in person.

This place tops it all !!! We had an amazing Thanksgiving here definitely will plan come back in the future! The host is also a very important part of a rental and she went far and beyond on making everything run smoothly for us. Highly Recommend!!

Great location!!! We loved the spacious living room/kitchen space! Thank goodness for the amazing deck.. we were there during Kings Tide (did not know that is a thing) and there was no sand… ocean was up to the condos! We will stay here again for sure! Thank you

Beach oasis

We stayed in mid June, the weather was fantastic. The locaton of unit was perfect for our family. Pool was welcoming in the hot afternoon. The unit was very spacious and fit our group of 9 perfectly. Loved this unit and am planning another stay.

Great place!

This house was perfect! My sister’s family and mine shared this house. It was perfect. Two kings size rooms with their own bathroom for each adult couple, so no fighting on who gets the master room. Plus a loft bedroom with 3 queen beds that was perfect for the 3 kids. There was also a 3rd bathroom with shower right off the living space for the kids to share. The deck looked right onto the beach with easy beach access right off the deck and an easy walk to the pool. Very quite area. We basically had the pool and beach to ourselves this week. Definitely will stay here again! Host gave me their number so I could contact them easily and they were quick to respond to any questions. House was clean and had almost everything we needed.

The property location was perfect, steps from the beach! Also having the pool as an alternate spot to cool off. The house was just as described, everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would recommend!

Lovely location on the beach

My wife and I stayed here with our two kids (7 & 5) as well as my parents (in their 70's). The location can't be beat. So easy to go to the beach and then take breaks from the sun inside or on the deck. The condo was clean. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to New Smyrna Beach.

Place was perfect location , house was great for 6 people, cleanliness was not great. Freezer had old stuff in it and no one bothered to clean behind beds and dressers and under furniture. Best deck on the beach. Beach is perfect . Despite not so great cleanliness , I would absolutely stay there again

Beautiful home and location

We loved this home!! Having three kids, age 5 and under, this place was absolutely perfect to maximize our time on the beach. It is literally steps to the beach and easy to watch kids play from the desk. Shannon was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be going back!

stayed for the Daytona 500

can't beat the location . property manager could've done better to communicate the check-in process. my first time renting thru VRBO so i was already nervous about flying down to FL. to stay at a place with no front desk. i requested an early check-in and the property manager told me she would let me know as soon as the cleaning folk had the house ready. about 2:00 i sent the property manager a text to let her know i had made it to town. No reply. 3:00 i sent another.. with no reply. about 4:00 we went ahead and drove down to the house. nobody in sight and the door locked. and me not sure if we're even in the right spot, i called the lady.. no answer . now i'm really starting to get nervous. finally the property manager answers my call, it's about 4:30 and she lets me know the key is hidden in a specific spot. after this miscommunication , i will say, we were very pleased with the property. love love love the location !

The perfect home away from home and right on the beach. It’s exactly what we wanted.

Vacationing post COVID is not for the weak!! Airplanes at max capacity, long lines to and from for Allll the things and then driving to your rental, in an unfamiliar location with kids who vocalize how badly they want to “Get There” as badly as you do! We arrive late in the evening to our 1st time VRBO rental and drop the luggage and crawl into bed with only the breeze and smell of beach & ocean. Morning comes and we pull the blinds open to the most glorious sunrise over the ocean! I mean MILLION DOLLAR view and the rigors of the previous days travels are forgotten!!! The beach house is open and airy and comfortable! Beach themed and cozy, lived in with all the amenities our families needed to entertain 4 boys on the beach for a week! Everything we needed to spend a week in a home away from home was provided in this “Camp at the beach”. Not once did we hear “I’m bored, there’s nothing to do!” The house on the Beach was what these Northern New Yorkers needed to escape the cold and relax with early morning gathering for breakfast with the sunrise and early evenings to bed because the beach and the boogie boards wore the kids out!! We all unplugged and enjoyed ourselves! Grocery stores a quick drive away allowed for easy shopping and we cooked every day as the house was fully equipped with all the kitchen needs as well as a gas grill! Great location for excursions to theme parks and outlet shopping an hours drive or less away too!!
