The accommodation is ideally situated between beach and pine forest, in the quiet residential area of Domaine des Écureuils – a well-chosen name since the red squirrel, emblem of the municipality, can often be spotted from early morning along the avenues leading to the sea or town centre.



This semi-detached house of 60 m², accommodating up to 4 people, is located just 500 metres from Rochelets beach, a large sandy beach accessible to all, supervised in July and August, and equipped with an area dedicated to water sports: kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing, etc.



On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen overlooking the living-dining room is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and everything needed for cooking. The living area has a dining space, a television, fibre Wi-Fi and guest access to a Netflix account. It opens onto an enclosed garden with a tiled terrace of 10 m². You will find garden furniture, an electric grill, and a motorised sun awning to make the most of fine weather.



Upstairs, the house has two double bedrooms (140 cm beds)

A bathroom with shower and WC completes the accommodation.

Check the tide times as the reptile only reveals itself when the sea is low!
