THIS IS BY FAR THE NICEST UNIT AT CANYON RACQUET CLUB, AND PERHAPS THE BEST SKI RENTAL IN COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS. Perfect for family gatherings and events. Table seating for 16, though we do not allow parties or events.

VIEW PICTURES TO SEE ALL THAT HAS BEEN DONE. Five separate sleeping areas with seven beds for maximum flexibility.

Walk to four restaurants and a great coffee shop. Close to ski bus or take a short drive to four World Class ski resorts: Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. Also convenient to the Park City resorts.

Our ski home is HUGE and SPACIOUS, and will make your vacation memorable. Four bedrooms and a loft with king, queen and twin beds.

The pictures and reviews say it all. 3,000 square feet, 20 minutes from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes to 4 world class ski resorts, 3 minutes from I-215, 35 minutes to Park City.

Complete with high speed Internet, two HD television (55 in. in living room with surround sound), private washer/dryer, fireplace, BBQ grill, wonderful mountain views, private hot tub, kitchen with all utensils and spices.

Wonderful home and great location! We love our stay here. There is a lot of stairs in this place so be prepared to use them. Well stocked and rooms had luggage racks. Very quit neighborhood and so close to some great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning property! Comfortable beds, great furniture, exceptional kitchen. Fantastic hot top! Rooms are spaced out so everyone has some privacy. Restaurants in walking distance. The house, location and property manager were all fabulous! The kitchen has everything you need and more. The house is spacious and clean and close to food and adventures! We were here during the summer and it was convenient to hiking, eating and parks. It would be a perfect place to stay and ski in the winter. We hope to be back to stay there for our next ski trip!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious and had more than just the necessities. We absolutely loved our stay and had everything we needed. It was walkable to a few wonderful restaurants and a couple of trails that we really enjoyed. It was a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Check in and check out could not have been easier. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

The condo & location was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. One word of caution though that was not listed. There are several flights of stairs & the loft is accessed by a tall ladder .

Fabulous home close to Big and Small Cottonwood Canyon

In town for a wedding and stayed at this beautiful property. It was extremely clean and has everything you need. Loved the location and surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place for a Family Gathering

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and the weekend after, and could not have been any happier to pick this Vrbo for our time in the Salt Lake City area. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved everything about this place, from the hot tub to the great bedrooms and large family room just below the kitchen and dining area. It is close to Big Cottonwood Canyon where we went for some great hikes and runs. We would love to come back here again sometime!

Tip notch ski vacation

Perfect property, perfect location

We loved our stay and fully enjoyed the house. The kitchen was stocked, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms very clean with soft towels, and the fireplace was heavenly. We skied Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Sundance and found all to be an easy commute. We would definitely rent here again.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. All of the finishes are nice and the high ceilings creates more space in the common areas and in the master bedroom. There is some very nice photography as well that is a great touch. Overall the instructions were very clear for accessing and staying at the property.

Quiet beautiful home in SLC

Our first trip to Utah was wonderful, and this home helped enhance our stay. The home is very quiet, and is well appointed with everything we needed. The hot tub is relaxing, and the location is very convenient. We’d recommend this home to anyone wishing a quiet, relaxing stay in Salt Lake City, and we hope to return and stay here again.

Great for a Family ski trip

Great property for a family ski trip with easy access to UT's best resorts. Very comfortable and works well for longer stays when some need to work remote. Easy access to grocery store and eateries. Love the Sonos sound system, hot tub and garages.

I split my time between Austin, TX and Cottonwood Height, UT. I renovated our condo at Racquet Club with comfort and convenience in mind. Utah has the best skiing/snowboarding and is the friendliest state. Come enjoy any season at our comfortable and luxurious home. Summer is great for hiking and outdoor activities.

I chose to buy this property because of it is ideally located for skiing both Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons. It is also high enough on the bench so that the Salt Lake City winter inversions are below us. The condo community is wonderful - clean, tidy, quiet, close to everything, great views - you won't be disappointed!

I completely renovated this home in 2014 and spared no expense, and we use it as a second home. The common areas are huge and luxurious, and can accommodate large family gatherings and events. Enjoy the luxury of a top notch rental that feels like home.
