THIS IS BY FAR THE NICEST UNIT AT CANYON RACQUET CLUB, AND PERHAPS THE BEST SKI RENTAL IN COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS. Perfect for family gatherings and events. Table seating for 16, though we do not allow parties or events.

Walk to four restaurants and a great coffee shop. Close to ski bus or take a short drive to four World Class ski resorts: Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. Also convenient to the Park City resorts.

Our ski home is HUGE and SPACIOUS, and will make your vacation memorable. Four bedrooms and a loft with king, queen and twin beds.

The pictures and reviews say it all. 3,000 square feet, 20 minutes from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes to 4 world class ski resorts, 3 minutes from I-215, 35 minutes to Park City.

Complete with high speed Internet, two HD television (55 in. in living room with surround sound), private washer/dryer, fireplace, BBQ grill, wonderful mountain views, private hot tub, kitchen with all utensils and spices.

Wonderful home and great location! We love our stay here. There is a lot of stairs in this place so be prepared to use them. Well stocked and rooms had luggage racks. Very quit neighborhood and so close to some great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning property! Comfortable beds, great furniture, exceptional kitchen. Fantastic hot top! Rooms are spaced out so everyone has some privacy. Restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this property to everyone! We plan to book it whenever we’re back in town to visit family. Best Vrbo we ever booked!

The condo & location was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. One word of caution though that was not listed. There are several flights of stairs & the loft is accessed by a tall ladder .

The house, location and property manager were all fabulous! The kitchen has everything you need and more. The house is spacious and clean and close to food and adventures! We were here during the summer and it was convenient to hiking, eating and parks. It would be a perfect place to stay and ski in the winter. We hope to be back to stay there for our next ski trip!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious and had more than just the necessities. We absolutely loved our stay and had everything we needed. It was walkable to a few wonderful restaurants and a couple of trails that we really enjoyed. It was a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Check in and check out could not have been easier. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Annual guys trip

Perfect in every way. Stocked better than my home or a five-star hotel.Very very clean.Walked to three great restaurants, connivence store, ski rental and ski resort bus shuttle.Two car garage was well utilized.We are all too old for accuracy but beleive this is the best rental in the 30 years we've gathered.

Excellent Place for a Family Gathering

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and the weekend after, and could not have been any happier to pick this Vrbo for our time in the Salt Lake City area. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved everything about this place, from the hot tub to the great bedrooms and large family room just below the kitchen and dining area. It is close to Big Cottonwood Canyon where we went for some great hikes and runs. We would love to come back here again sometime!

Quiet beautiful home in SLC

Our first trip to Utah was wonderful, and this home helped enhance our stay. The home is very quiet, and is well appointed with everything we needed. The hot tub is relaxing, and the location is very convenient. We’d recommend this home to anyone wishing a quiet, relaxing stay in Salt Lake City, and we hope to return and stay here again.

This is the place to stay!

We stayed here for a couple nights to go to Super Cross at Rice Eccles stadium. This home has everything you need for a get away. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and stores close by. We loved the decor and appreciated the attention to detail for guests to enjoy their stay. Kellie, the manager, was very quick, polite and friendly answering any questions we had. We will stay here again for sure.

Multi-Guest Ski Vacation

This was a great place for our ski trip. We had several waves of friends and family come visit us as we made this our home-base for several weeks. Everything was clean and fresh, the kitchen was great, the common area was relaxing, and the hot-tub was clean and hot! A bonus is the fact that this home is within walking distance to several delicious and fun restaurants.

Great location!

The property was really accessible to Alta and Snowbird, and it was also relatively close to Brighton and Solitude. The layout of the house was a bit of a maze (four or five flights of stairs with each bedroom and the main living space all on distinct levels). Some of the bedrooms are small, but the overall experience was awesome. The owner was also very responsive and easy to deal with.

Wonderful location for ski vacation!

This was our first time skiing at Alta and Brighton and the vacation home location was ideal! It was so convenient to 4 great ski resorts (Brighton, Solitude, Alta and Snowbird), as well as restaurants, a grocery store, and ski rental shops. Additionally, the home was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity our group of 6 could ask for. Being there over the Christmas holiday, a festive Christmas tree decorated the open living room where we gathered after dinner, which we appreciated. Both the owner and manager answered all our questions and provided helpful information prior to and during our stay in a timely manner- greatly appreciated! We had a lovely vacation, hope to return to this wonderful vacation home in the near future, and highly recommend this vacation home in Cottonwood Heights, UT.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. All of the finishes are nice and the high ceilings creates more space in the common areas and in the master bedroom. There is some very nice photography as well that is a great touch. Overall the instructions were very clear for accessing and staying at the property.

Great for a Family ski trip

Great property for a family ski trip with easy access to UT's best resorts. Very comfortable and works well for longer stays when some need to work remote. Easy access to grocery store and eateries. Love the Sonos sound system, hot tub and garages.

Great property

My family had a great ski vacation at this condo. Working with Stacey the property manager was a breeze. She was helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The location is perfect for access to Brighton or Solitude, and Alta or Snowbird are easy too. The property was clean, well maintained, and layout was great for a family with kids and grandparents staying all together. Would happily stay here again.

Utah has the best skiing/snowboarding and is the friendliest state. Come enjoy any season at our comfortable and luxurious home. Summer is great for hiking and outdoor activities.

I chose to buy this property because of it is ideally located for skiing both Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons. It is also high enough on the bench so that the Salt Lake City winter inversions are below us. The condo community is wonderful - clean, tidy, quiet, close to everything, great views - you won't be disappointed!

I completely renovated this home in 2014 and spared no expense, and we use it as a second home. The common areas are huge and luxurious, and can accommodate large family gatherings and events. Enjoy the luxury of a top notch rental that feels like home.
