This accommodations are mainly intended for holiday and tourist stays. The accommodations are not designed to accommodate construction crews, workers or companies with groups of workers on business trips. Please make sure that it corresponds to the nature of your stay before booking.

You can also enjoy our apartments with family or friends with the possibility of renting our 3 accommodations (Lily of the Valley-Carp and Squirrel) for a capacity of 10 people in total.

The apartment is designed for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people with a bed in the living room (convertible sofa bed)

HOUSE RULES CARPE APARTMENT

1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is from 4 p.m. (until 9 p.m. in winter and until 10 p.m. in summer) and check-out is by 11 a.m.
Please respect these times to allow for cleaning and preparation of the apartment for future tenants.

2. CAPACITY:
The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 PEOPLE.
Any additional person must be reported and may incur an additional charge.
This accommodations are mainly intended for holiday and tourist stays. The accommodations are not designed to accommodate construction crews, workers or groups of workers on business trips. Please make sure that it corresponds to the nature of your stay before booking.

3. PETS:
Pets are not allowed.

4. CLEANLINESS:
We ask that you leave the apartment in a suitable state of cleanliness. The bins must be emptied and the dishes done.

5. RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, especially in the evening. Noisy parties and events are prohibited.

6. USE OF EQUIPMENT:
The equipment in the apartment must be used with care. In case of damage, please report it immediately.

7. PROHIBITIONS:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside and put extinguished cigarette butts in the appropriate ashtrays.

8. LIABILITY:
The owner cannot be held responsible for accidents or loss of personal property during your stay.

9. CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation, please consult our cancellation policy.
