Cocoonr invites you to discover Villa Ker Jade in Lancieux. This beautiful family home is situated just 100 metres from Saint-Sieux beach. You’ll be charmed by the comfort and light-filled atmosphere of this 200 m² villa, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The villa is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:

- A lovely 70 m² living room with a fireplace, ideal for enjoying cosy, convivial moments. (On arrival, your first log fire is complimentary between 1 November and 1 April – dates subject to change), a large sofa seating all 10 guests. The large bay windows let in plenty of natural light and provide direct access to the south-facing terrace and garden.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a double fridge-freezer, all necessary kitchen utensils, an induction hob and a built-in extractor hood.
- For TV evenings, the property offers a wide range of French and international channels.
- A utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a second fridge-freezer.
- A separate toilet.
- A beautiful master bedroom on the ground floor opening directly onto the terrace, comprising a king-size bed (180x200), a TV, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

If you’re holidaying with children, the following will be provided:
- A travel cot, two high chairs, a pushchair, and plates and cutlery for babies.

Upstairs:

You’ll find four lovely bedrooms, all fitted with walk-in wardrobes.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: one king-size bed (180x200).
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath.
- A separate toilet and a toilet in the bathroom.

Outside:

- A 280m² enclosed and secure garden (electric gate). It features a beautiful, fully south-facing tiled terrace with garden furniture, a garden table with chairs and an offset parasol.
- On the north side, you can enjoy the boules court.

A fire pit is available for you to make the most of this lovely outdoor space!


Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The house is ideally situated in Lancieux, in a very pleasant setting. Lancieux is just a 5-minute drive from the neighbouring village of Saint-Briac-sur-Mer and 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire. You can enjoy a range of wonderful activities such as: Dinard Golf Course (Saint-Briac), lovely walks along the GR34, exploring the markets and regional produce, and a wide range of water sports…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park one or two vehicles in the driveway. There is free outdoor parking in front of the house.

- Nearest railway station: St Malo, 17.5 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 68 km away

- Self-check-in is possible
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an additional charge of €25. Please leave the premises clean before you leave, in particular by clearing up any faeces and pet hair. If these guidelines are not followed, a deduction may be made from your security deposit.
- There are two outdoor cameras: one facing the external entrance (from the electric gate) and another covering the terrace and the main entrance door to the property.

On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team from Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. If you prefer, you can opt for a self-check-in, which is available at the time of booking.
