*Please note this is not an all-inclusive resort. You will pay for your food at each restaurant, venue or retail shop by charging to your room number. This is a "cash-less" resort. A credit card is needed at check-in and a deposit will be put on the card for room charges. All charges are reviewed at check-out with the Main Lobby staff.

Cancun International Airport is approximately 30 minutes North of the Vidanta Resort. As a guest at the Resort, transportation to/from the airport CUN is $15 USD per person, and must be scheduled 1 week prior to check-in date.

Playa del Carmen is approximately 20 minutes South of the resort. Playa del Carmen is one of the top dive destinations in the world, thanks to vibrant sea life and dazzling underwater caverns. Explore the ancient ruins of the Coba Mayan Village, other ruins including Tulum and Chichen Itza are easy day trips. Get in some quality people-watching as you shop and stroll along 5th Avenue. There are grocery stores in the area for which you can pick up food and drinks during your visit.

The beach at Tulum is about an hour south and is near the Tulum Ruins.
Other great activities off property would include exploring cenotes, deep sea fishing, eco-parks like XCaret and XPlore and snorkeling at Yal-Ku Lagoon in Akumal. Cave diving at Rio Secreto is a great adventure.

Check-In/check-out available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Consult owner if a different check-in day is needed. Rental is for 7 days. Current black out weeks include Christmas, New Years, Holy, and Easter. Black out weeks might be available if restriction lifted by Resort, so again, ask owner.

**There is a Hospitality Fee (tax) of approximately $7-$10 a day that is additional and charged at check-out at the resort. If you have a car there is a $5 USD parking fee per day charged at check-out**
A car is not necessary as the resort has a guest shuttle service within the Resort. For travel outside of the Resort, public transportation (taxis and buses) are plentiful, and inexpensive.

The VRBO calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire and do not reserve airfare until your CONFIRMATION from owner has been received.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical appearance, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the Vidanta Resorts and must be handled through the resort, not Clifton Legacy LLC.
