Less than 10 km from Guingamp, in a setting of unspoilt nature, the Moulin de Kerhonn welcomes you for a rejuvenating interlude. Bordered by the Trieux river, its millrace and waterfall, this place full of authenticity offers the sweet privilege of hearing the water flow in the background.
Set on a private estate of 8 hectares that you are free to explore. The mill is next door to the second home of the owner, Laurent, discreet, benevolent, but often absent.
This cosy nest for two people, spread over three levels, combines rustic charm and modern comfort:
– a fitted kitchen with wood stove,
– a bathroom with shower and toilet,
– a living room with dining area, sofa and TV,
– a mezzanine bedroom with cathedral ceiling.
Wi-Fi connection, electric shutters, heating... everything is provided for a pleasant stay.
Outside, enjoy your meals above the water, relax on the banks, or let yourself be carried away by the tranquility of the place.

For our fishing friends: the site is only allowed for fly fishing and in NO KILL mode (No kill fishing consists of catching the fish, then releasing them alive, without harming them, to preserve the species and the ecosystem.)
