Peaceful contemporary property in a quiet residential neighborhood. Phenomenal golf courses nearby (some public, some private). Ocean views from spacious open floorplan living area (600 ft away from cliffs). Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Wine & coffee bar (with ground coffee, k-cups, Nespresso pods, sugar, sugar substitutes, and individual creamers all provided), large dining table, fireplace, large skylights, and gorgeous recently renovated chef's kitchen (well-stocked with spices and seasonings in cabinet), on that level open up with wall-to-wall sliding glass doors onto large deck perfect for entertaining (or just enjoying your coffee with the sunrise!) Jigsaw puzzles and rotating puzzle table, board & card games, books, large 4k OLED smart TV with cable and wifi for sports or movies on rainy days. Bonus office/ guest room with futon, and a beautifully renovated full bath complete that top floor. On the second floor you have 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bonus Graco Pack & Play in the closet of the room with the twin trundle beds. The spacious master suite with king size bed also includes a second fireplace! Front hall closet has beach towels, pop up beach tent, sand castle toys, utility beach cart. Beautiful wrought-iron cushioned benches with ultra soft sand-removal brushes at both entrances to the house. Gorgeous newly renovated basement in-law style suite adds another full bedroom, bathroom, entertainment & kitchenette area. 2-3 min walk to entrance of beautiful private neighborhood beach. NO PETS OR SUPPORT ANIMALS.

Laura’s property is amazing! Very clean, close enough to the beach, and roomy enough to 7 adults and my 2 kids. Plenty to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space and location

We had a great stay, very spacious property, great for families. Host was readily available for any questions, etc. and was extremely informative on what to do and where to go in the area. Easy access to route 3 and all parts of the Cape. Will definitely look to book again when we are headed to the cape.

Friends beach trip

We had a great weekend in Plymouth. The house was very clean and well stocked. Host was responsive and informative. Plenty of space for our group of 8 and two infants.

Reconnect with family

Accommodations are great! Clean and organized. And there are a lot of rooms! Enough for our whole family. The beach is just down the hill. A bit of a hike but worth it. It was a very pleasant stay just not long enough!

Awesome getaway!

Great location, just a short walk to the beach which was clean and friendly. Plenty of space with an inviting layout. Clean and tidy, games and books for evenings with my kids. Great porch for morning coffee and quiet evenings in the breeze. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Communication with owners was very easy. All around perfect getaway!

Fabulous

Wonderful kitchen and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and common areas were large and spacious. Owner is very accommodating, friendly, personable and I could go on. Any issues that arose were addressed immediately. Vacation was wonderful with this vacation house and host :)

I Highly Recommend!

Laura's Property was awesome! We had 6 guys go down for a long golf weekend in Plymouth. The location was perfect! Within 10-15 minutes to our golf courses, and also a 5 minute walk to the beach for fishing and relaxing! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. 3 bathrooms were the perfect amount. We were able to fit all of us comfortably with no issues. Laura is extremely responsive and will make sure you have everything you need for your stay. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

strange experience

The description is not accurate in saying "panoramic ocean view". You can see a small bit of ocean from the front porch but really you are looking at the houses across the street and in the neighborhood. There is no air conditioning other than a window unit in the master bedroom and in the basement area, so if it is hot outside, the living space and the 3 other bedrooms are beastly. The fans provided were terrible. The shower leaked and a lot of water dripped onto basement ceiling at one point. Things like this happen in a house- it was just bad luck and if it had been handled properly I would not have even written about it in the review. But the conversation with the owners felt accusatory (like we had done something to cause it like hanging something very heavy on the shower head) and antagonistic. A week after we checked out she texted that we were still signed in to their TV and that they were locked of it. We had signed out from that TV upon being finished with it (as instructed) and at the host's request checked again and again that we were signed out. The whole back-and-forth felt confrontational and confusing, because on our end, everything was logged out, and there was no more I could do.Iwas also chastised for bleached-out spots on two of the towels, which I do believe was caused by acne cream, which was our fault, and I offered to pay for the replacement towels. It was just the first time with VRBO that the trip ended with a negative and strange vibe.

Cape getaway

We stayed for 5 nights with 6 adults, one 2 year old and one 9 month old. We had plenty of space for our large family. With many common areas where we could be together. The host was so responsive and had so many things stocked for us! The private neighborhood beach was breathtaking!

Weekend getaway

Stayed here with my husband, 2 kids and in-laws for the weekend. Super close to the ocean and other Plymouth activities. The host was very responsive, easy, and the house contained well thought out details (luggage carts, extra towels, makeup wipes). We loved this place!

Friends Reunion at the Beach

This house is awesome! Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house was very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and is super close to the beach. Laura is a very prepared and responsive host. She sent video walkthroughs to show where everything was and was able to resolve a problem we had with the front lock very quickly. I highly recommned staying here!

Perfection

The house was immaculate! The hostess was very helpful! Every question was answered in a friendly manner. Once we arrived it seems like everything was set up in such a thoughtful way! Perfect beach getaway

Laura’s property was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect spot for a family beach vacation. The host was extremely responsive, welcoming, and informative!
