Great place & convenient to beaches, restaurants & things to do

Nice condo and Esplanade County Club property is beautiful and has lots of amenities, restaurants, pools, pickle ball, tennis, golf, bocce and work out facilities.

Esplanade! Pools, restaurants and golf!

Kim was very attentive and the condo was really clean and well stocked. We enjoyed all the activities provided by Esplanade, especially the golf and pickleball.

The condo was sunny and located next to golf course. It was roomy and very clean. Very enjoyable 😎

Excellent!

The condo is exactly as described- really even better. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and maybe best of all - tons and tons of paper and cleaning products. The owner left us a full bag of coffee, plenty of seasonings, laundry detergent, etc. we really enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee and evening drinks with friends. The golfers were very entertaining!We highly recommend not only this condo but the owners as well.

Great Condo

The condo was great. This first floor condo was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is gated and safe. Lakewood Ranch is a great area with restaurants and a mall nearby. The condo had everything we needed for our month stay. The owners communicated very well. There are great amenities (pool, spa, workout area and onsite restaurants). We would definitely book again. The only downside is the cell service is poor, ( not the owners fault)

Thank you Carla for leaving a review of your stay and looking forward to your return. The cell phone service in the area of Lakewood Ranch is a common experience with residence...it is spotty due to the city's control of cell phone towers for maintaining the quality of the community but more towers are being put up. Glad to hear that the WiFi worked wonderfully and you enjoyed all the community amenities!!

Tenth tee box unit (unit 101)

The front door lock should be changed since we had to replace the batteries four times while there. There should be more silver service since we had to wash dishes to have enough for the next meal, this would also conserve the use of water. Each bathroom needs to have towel racks installed since we had to hang towels in the closet to dry for the next use. The listing states that there is a printer in the unit for our use, fortunately I just happened to load my printer in the car for our use. More than one sauce pan would be helpful. The sheets in the master beedroom should be replaced as several small holes were visible. Overall the unit was wonderfull and future renters would be happy to stay here.
