You are welcomed by a beautiful secluded garden with off-street parking, treetop-view from every cottage window and a complimentary in-cottage breakfast daily. Staying in this cottage is truly a memorable experience. We also welcome your pets and provide many green spaces for them. Your cottage is 4 neighborhood blocks from SoMa(South Main) with local restaurants & bars, boutique shopping and countless entertainment options. This is a wonderful place to stay. The deck and patio are lovely with lights at night. We stayed two nights and had a different breakfast each day. Both were delicious. The decor was perfect and fit the style of the home. The bed was comfortable. It's just right for a weekend getaway for a couple. We would love to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

I felt like i was staying in a cozy southern Doll House. The meal in fridge that was put together was top notch. The lighted rooftop porch was cute too. The only downfall, i was not able to use the jets in tub, the button i pushed, they never come on. The bed was comfy and decorations were spot on too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a great time at the Rosemont. The Tree Top Cottage was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast served by our host was fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed strolling around the Quapaw Historic district and looking at the beautiful, old turn of the century homes. The SoMa area is an easy walk and has plenty of shops, restaurants and night life. We took our dog to the Bark Bar that was only a few blocks away and he had a great time there. The parking at the Rosemont is a little tight. We were in a 3/4 ton pickup and decided it was best to park on the street rather than risk any problems with the off street parking. All in all I highly recommend the Rosemont for a short stay in downtown Little Rock.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved staying here!!! We've never stayed in a VRBO before and the inn keeper was very helpful with showing us our check in email. The property was extremely clean and they over did themselves!!! We will be staying again!

It was really cute cottage

The hot tub is sutted for one, the temp of the room was good, bed was good could not hear neighbors, the breakfast was easy to make and was enough. Good little get a way but yet close to everything. Cute little cottage over all.

Very nice stay!

We loved this charming place near downtown Little Rock. We were so grateful to find a place that could accommodate our sweet dogs and keep all of us incredibly comfortable for the night. We stayed in May’s Cottage, loving the private little patio that gave our pups a chance to walk free for a bit. Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, and a charming little kitchen. Word of caution …if you decide to enjoy the awesome huge jetted tub, recline fully and close the shower curtain before you turn on the jets. You’ll get a great massage but they will overshoot! Thanks for this great place to stay!

Beautiful & Relaxing

The innkeeper was informative and made sure our stay went smoothly. We stayed in the Treetops room and so enjoyed it! The B&B was comfortable, quiet and everything we needed. The breakfast that was included was scrumptious and the in-room coffee delicious and it was so nice to not have to deal with restaurant crowds our first morning. The gas heater in our room was cozy! We enjoyed meeting the resident cats who liked to perch on the windowsills during the rain. It was close to the activities we did which made coming and going a breeze. Such a great weekend!!

After a demanding career in advertising, I moved home to Little Rock from Dallas, settled in the city's incredible historic neighborhood where I grew up and began Act III of my life ... so far my favorite. I love being a cottage innkeeper, working from my own 1880s farmhouse surrounded by peace , beauty and wonderful guests who seem to enjoy my updated, vintage cottages.

Rosemont is a farmhouse built in 1880 still retaining much of the original construction. I moved here from a career in Dallas advertising with the desire to restore this lovely historic house and turn it into my home and an inn. After 18 years of traditional innkeeping, I converted the space to private cottages. I love everything about my life in the house, the neighborhood and my cottages.

Private entrance to each cottage through the common garden with off-street parking behind the garden steps away from your cottage. Your cottage has a large gated balcony with a panoramic view of the garden. Privacy, seclusion and casual luxury are the hallmarks of Rosemont hospitality.
