La Ferme d'Emile - charming gîte in the heart of the Champsaur valley

Located in a mountain hamlet in the heart of the Champsaur Valley and close to vast natural spaces, our gîte welcomes you to a charming house combining traditional architecture with modern comfort. Arranged over two levels in a renovated old building, the gîte is in the same house as the owners, with a separate entrance and private outdoor space. On the first floor, you will enjoy a spacious and welcoming vaulted living room, including a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a convivial dining area, and a cozy lounge. A play and reading area is also available, perfect for young and old. From the living room, direct access to the private grounds will allow you to fully enjoy sunny days thanks to the outdoor amenities: garden furniture, barbecue, pizza oven... Upstairs, the cottage has three comfortable bedrooms, each with a private shower room and toilet. The sleeping arrangements are flexible to suit your needs (1 double bed 160 cm convertible into two single beds, bunk beds, double beds, single bed, sofa bed). The cottage benefits from the comfort of oil-fired central heating and a fireplace with an open hearth; wood is provided. Outside, private parking is reserved for guests. A shared storage area is also available for your equipment (bikes, skis, etc.). In a peaceful and unspoiled setting, the gîte is the ideal starting point for numerous outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, wildlife and flora observation, or exploring the Col du Noyer pass and the magnificent landscapes of the Écrins National Park.
