The large, bright rooms and the stylish furnishings will delight you (new house and furniture). The dream view of the edge of the forest creates harmony and well-being.

The Kiel Fjord and the promenade, where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets, are only a few minutes' walk away.

As a golfer, you can be active on the great Kitzeberger golf course directly adjacent - or on one of the ten other courses nearby.


The accommodation

The ideal starting point for your dream vacation is the (smaller) half of a modern city villa in the "swan style" (year of construction 2015). You can enjoy the quiet cul de sac at the edge of the forest on your terrace.

You will experience relaxed living in large, bright rooms with high ceilings. The stylish interior is bright and friendly. The equipment and furniture are new.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with an open kitchen (fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher) and dining area, a small storage room, the hallway and hallways / stairs. If you want, you can sit on the comfortable sofa bed and watch the forest or the satellite TV (or both). :-)

Upstairs are the bathroom with rainforest shower and the large bedroom, both accessible from the hallway (lockable doors). You can sleep heavenly on the new Schlaraffia Viva Plus Aqua mattresses (Stiftung Warentest 04/2015: top grade together with another pocket spring mattress) and wake up refreshed with a view of the forest.

In the bedroom you can work concentrated at the work table and enjoy the view from time to time.

There is WiFi throughout the house, and network sockets in several places. You are connected to the internet at top speed (VDSL 50).

There are two large parking spaces reserved for you to park.


Access for guests

Your temporary realm is a complete semi-detached house "half" (the smaller one) with 2 floors and full basement, with a large terrace and its own garden. Up to two private parking spaces directly in front of the house are available.


Interaction with guests

We will be happy to greet you personally if possible and will be happy to answer your questions and tips and suggestions - we live just one door away. Even if we are not on site, we will be happy to be there for you.


means of transport

If you are arriving by car, you will find your vacation home quickly and easily from the Kitzeberg-Süd exit of the B502.

Otherwise, the bus stops approx. 7 minutes' walk away. B. from / to Kiel to the main train station.

The two nearby ferry docks are also very special: take the ferry to Kiel City and enjoy the skyline and the light breeze - and you might think of Manhattan. ;-)
