Villa Mimosas: garden & swimming pool near To Vélodrome

Welcome to our home!

This is an ideal 150 m² villa that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Pleasant and comfortable, you will appreciate the interior space, its decoration, its comfort (all bedrooms are air-conditioned) as well as its exterior, with its greenery and  swimming pool (alarm compliant with standards).

The Sainte Marguerite neighbourhood is very well located for visiting the city and its surroundings.

Ground floor:

- A TV room

- A fully-equipped kitchen with espresso machine and dishwasher.

- 3 toilets

- A laundry room

- A garden with plants and terraces to the front and rear of the house. There is a garden lounge, outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue.

- A chlorine swimming pool (6 m x 3 m) heated and equipped with a compliant safety alarm. The pool is always heated to 28 degrees during the summer season.


Upstairs:

- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds.

- 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Access to the garden/swimming pool from the living room.

Wi-Fi included in the price.

All household linen is provided (tea towels, sheets and towels).

Pool towels are not provided.

🅿️ Parking : 2 cars can be parked in front of the house, which is located on a private street with a gate.

Quiet, family-friendly and secure neighbourhood.

On arrival, you will find the following items available for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

-Laundry and household products

-2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

-Sugar, tea and coffee (1 serving per person)

-Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

We will ask you for your arrival and departure times, as there will be a key handover and check-out.

Easy access to motorways (5 minutes by car)

Close to shops (3 minutes on foot).

10 minutes on foot from the underground and Le Corbusier's Cité Radieuse.

20 minutes from Cassis, a pearl of the Mediterranean.

The Prado beaches are 15 minutes away by car or bicycle (cycle paths).

15 minutes from the first calanques.

The tramway is now in service in the immediate vicinity (100 metres).

Parties are not allowed.

No pets allowed.

Non-smoking accommodation

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide.

A deposit of €2,000 must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).



This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.



Any damage noted on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
