Our private apartment "Prize 1" is located in a very beautiful location in the old fishing village of Breege-Juliusruh, on the charming Wittow peninsula - exactly the right place if you want to spend your vacation on Rügen in the natural idyll of our Baltic Sea island.

The apartment in Breege is an ideal starting point for excursions by bike and for hiking, the seaside resort Juliusruh is in the immediate vicinity. This is especially nice if you want to experience the beach of Rügen with children! The proximity to the bathing beach (approx. 1200 m) is particularly nice for family holidays on the island of Rügen: fine, wide sandy beach, the Schaabe, and gently sloping water promise great bathing fun for children and adults. The island of Rügen tops the list of the sunniest places. The sun shone not far from the Baltic Sea resort of Breege-Juliusruh at Cape Arkona, the northernmost point of the island of Rügen, for a total of 2030 hours.

The house Kyp in Breege-Juliusruh, in which our apartment is located, captivates with traditional island architecture. It is in a neat and modern condition. Shops are in the immediate vicinity about 30m away.

In the apartment there is a living / dining room with TV, as well as a kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker, toaster) with dining table and a bathroom with shower / toilet. The apartment is bright and friendly and has a furnished terrace.

The place Breege-Juliusruh lies between Glowe and Cape Arkona on a 10 km long sandy beach. It has retained the original charm of a seaside resort on Rügen and offers peace and relaxation in every season. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 1200 m away from the “Prize 1”. The municipality - Breege - is located on the Breeger Bodden, approx. 80m from the 'Prize1'. Many sailing ships regularly moor in this idyllic harbor. In summer there are ferries to Hiddensee and Ralswiek to the Störtebeck Festival. The two parts of the community are about 1 km apart. Other examples of excursion destinations are: chalk cliffs, Jasmund National Park, the romantic steep harbor in Lohme, Binz and the pier in Sellin.

Sea, lagoon and always a fresh breeze give the region - Wittow - the nickname 'Windland'. The two lighthouses of Cape Arkona greet you from afar. Experience the beauty of a unique landscape on numerous hiking trails. Bathing enthusiasts and sun worshipers will find one of the most beautiful, sunniest, sandy beaches of Rügen with gently sloping water on the 10 km long, quiet bay of the 'Schaabe' (Tromper Wiek), which connects Jasmund with Wittow. Not only cyclists, sailing enthusiasts, (kite) surfers, water hikers and anglers get their money's worth all year round.
