• Third Bedroom: Two twin bunk beds, flat-screen TV, and storage.
• Additional Sleeping: Living room with two sofa sleepers accommodating up to 4 extra guests.

Important Notes

• The pool is open year round but it is not heated. Pool dimensions are 28x14 and it is, 3.5 ft deep in the shallow end and 6 ft deep in the deepest part. While we make every effort to keep the pool operational and available for use,
sometimes issues outside our control arise and the pool may not be available for use for all or part of a stay.
• Parking is limited to three vehicles.
• Primary renter must be 25 or older, with exceptions requiring parent/legal guardian accompaniment.
