This 1600 SF home with double car garage is the perfect location for extended family vacations in the Canyon Mesa Country Club gated community.

The Country Club offers a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and executive nine-hole golf course, and is located within minutes to shopping, upscale and casual dining, and seasonal events in Sedona.

This remodeled townhome has all the amenities that are perfect for families and couples alike. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and huge master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, closet and adjacent bathroom. The great room includes a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The open concept living room features beautiful red rock views. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and outdoor patio has everything you need to entertain and enjoy home cooked meals. The home is equipped with WiFi, Cable TV, washer and dryer in the unit, two car garage, and bike storage. The fireplace is equipped with a pellet stove for your evening enjoyment. There is a propane BBQ and deck seating for your outdoor enjoyment.

The Private Canyon Mesa Country Club golf course community is adjacent to the beautiful Coconino National Forest Park (open year round, weather permitting) The community offers:

- Pool (open May 1 – November 1)
Hot tub (open year round)
- Tennis courts (open year round, weather permitting)
- Hiking trails just minutes away from your front door.
- Minutes to the shops, restaurants and events in Village of Oak Creek and Sedona

There is a 2 car garage ( vehicles must be parked in garage overnight) There are additional parking areas for guests in driveway, if needed.

- Large outdoor deck with gorgeous red rock views, furniture, and BBQ.
(Please note: In the event that the propane tank runs low on fuel: (just exchange tank at local gas station, Ace Hardware or Clarks Market.)

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous rental property which is located at the Canyon Mesa Golf Resort. The home had everything that we could have wanted, and the beds were super comfortable. The house was extremely clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to make a delicious meal. The views from their deck were fantastic (see the two photos in this review). And although it was December, we made it a point to sit out on the deck on a few nights to enjoy the views. We will definitely be back, and you will not be disappointed if you book this wonderful home for your next Sedona getaway!

Although weather during our stay wasn't conducive to pool or hot tub use, we did want those amenities available. We SO appreciated not needing to add, or supply, basic paper products at this rental. Nice house and perfect location

Beautiful house offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It’s situated in a serene location within a golf club community, providing stunning views of Bell Rock. Our group of four adults and two children had a wonderful time. Both bedrooms were equipped with king-size beds, which were incredibly convenient.

A week in Oak creek

Very nice condo, clean and cute. Loved the soaking tub after a hard hike. And the views from the balcony were amazing, we even saw a bobcat on the golf course!

Great place, convenient, great location

This is a gated golf course community that is nice and quiet. We have two teenagers so one got the bed, the other got the fold-out couch. You can see Bell Rock from the balcony which was a great view. The owner was very responsive to the few questions that I had. The condo was clean, well furnished, and had everything that I expected to be there with everything working. We were able to put our car in the garage at night, even though it seemed to be a very safe neighborhood. The clubhouse has a pool and whirlpool. A downside is that if you are there during a busy season, which for us was between Christmas and New Year's, the time to get to Sedona was 45 min. because of the backed up traffic. However, we liked being in the Village of Oak Creek since there are several good restaurants and shops, several good hiking trails are easily accessible, and it's quicker to the interstate than from Sedona. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. Property is located right in the middle of the most scenic Sedona area inside a beautiful, peaceful and safe community. House clean and comfortable with an incredible view of Red Rock mountains, including Bell Rock and Castle Rock. It was a pleasure walking around in the morning in the beautiful streets of the neighborhood. We had nice restaurants and markets very close to us as well as downtown Sedona just 15 minutes drive and all other interesting sites close as well. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Sedona

This community is a wonderful spot from which to enjoy all the wonders of the Sedona area. We enjoyed all the facilities including the tennis courts and pool. Our host was very accommodating and eager to help us with everything.

20th anniversary

This condo and community was amazing! Very clean and homey! Kevin thought of everything! Condo was close to many sites and attractions. Neighbors were friendly and courteous. I just can’t speak enough to how much we enjoyed our stay here! We hope to bring family next time to this area and hope this condo and host is available again! Thank you again, Scott and Cheri.

What a View

Roomy and comfortable condo in quiet neighborhood with views of the mountains. Lots of birds to watch. Pool nearby. A perfect home base to all Sedona hiking trails. Plenty of restaurants and a market nearby. House is well-equipped for cooking, game-playing, movie watching, and just relaxing. We had a great time here.
