ROSE Vacances offers you this colourful pop art studio full of pep, ideal for a break in Angers in the heart of the city. Compact (15m2) but perfectly optimised, it offers all the comfort necessary for a stay alone or as a couple, in an original and friendly atmosphere.

Capacity: up to 2 people.

• Equipped open kitchen: Refrigerator, hob, kettle and filter coffee maker.

• Mezzanine bedroom: with a comfortable double bed.

🚗 Easy and paid parking on Imbach Square. (free at night). (3 mins on foot).

🚗 Free parking: Place de la Rochefoucault (15 mins on foot from the accommodation).

Privileged and direct location in the city centre of Angers. Close to shops, restaurants and cultural venues.

Easy access to public transport to discover the Angevin region.

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
