The apartment is bathed in natural light and features a pleasant living area with a sofa, coffee table, and TV, open to a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals and make the most of your stay: oven, microwave, stove, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils.

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with storage, and the bathroom includes a shower, vanity unit, and toilet.

Thanks to its close proximity to public transport, you can easily reach the city center and explore Rouen’s rich historical and cultural heritage.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Private parking is also available on-site.

We kindly ask you to take care of the apartment and respect the property and neighbors. A secure bank authorization will be required to finalize your booking and receive the access codes.

The Saint-Sever district, located on the left bank of Rouen, is a lively area that combines history and local shops. Well served by public transport, including the metro and several bus lines, it offers quick access to the historic center while providing many amenities nearby.

## Transit

You are just a 5-minute walk from the Seine quays and 15 minutes from Rouen city center.
A reserved parking space is also available, located only 200 meters from the apartment.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, which may pose difficulties for guests with reduced mobility.

Check-in is self-service for more flexibility and starts at 4:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Our team is available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Upon arrival, you will find:

Bed linen and towels for all guests, Essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper…), One large towel per person, along with kitchen towels and bath mats, A welcome kit for the duration of your stay: garbage bags, sponge, and dishwashing liquid.

We are committed to providing you with a pleasant experience, but please note that this is not a hotel. Additional cleaning, linen or towel refresh, restocking of essentials, or extra services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

To ensure a comfortable stay, please respect the following rules:

- Treat the apartment as if it were your own
- Respect the furniture and leave the apartment clean upon departure
- Follow instructions regarding schedules and use of facilities
- Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors

Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at replacement value
