Highlights of the home include beach service with two chairs and an umbrella on the private beach, a balcony to take in the views and salty air, a private washer and dryer, and free WiFi. Whip up quick breakfasts, beach snacks, and full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen that will make preparing meals easy. Enjoy a quick meal or late night snack at the breakfast bar, which seats two. Guests will also enjoy easy access to the shared and heated, zero entry saltwater pool, and the huge grassy courtyard.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beach stay memorial weekend

We really loved the location and that it was just across the street from the beach. The cabin was exactly like it said and we appreciate that there were chairs available to take to the beach. We really loved the place and would come back.

The beach my cabin is very nice ! The pool is not heated and watch your car it will be towed it’s a scheme !! I do like the place stayed there for years in the past !! Vasca was great booking through them!!

Nice cabin and location

Easy access to pool and beach. Nice cabin and accommodations. Kitchen was well outfitted for in house cooking. No major issues. Some minor challenges with some lights and tv, but overall, a pleasant weekend getaway.

Really great unit at our favorite place!

Super clean, well appointed, comfortable bed, nice big tv’s, fun little peekaboo view of the water from the upstairs shower, felt right at home. Have been coming to sea cabins my whole life. My husband and I now come several times a year and 6a will be added to our short list of favorite units.

Great location

We loved our stay at the sea cabin property. We went with 3 other couples who each rented condos there as well. The private beach was wonderful, location is great, amenities were sufficient as well. However our experience with Vacasa was very disappointing. I highly suggest renting any of the sea cabins but NOT thru Vacasa if at all possible.

Great Stay

The house is it's self is in a great location. The house was great. Loved being able to pull the beach wagon underneath instead of having to lug it up the stairs and messing with it. I was worried my 9 year old was going to break the glass top table. He is all boy and just rough. He didn't so it was all good!! The onsite pool was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Do not book with Vacasa.

The condo itself was fine. I had so many issues with Vacasa it wasn’t even worth it. The entry code was wrong and I had to stand and wait on customer service to take me off hold to fix it. The beach access is private and gated. You need a code to get in/out. The code that came with the instructions did not work for the gate. When I called customer service they were rude, said they needed to talk to the local management team and call me back so I could gain access to the beach. I never received the new code or even a call back. I never got to go to the beach. I’ve tried calling and emailing and have had ZERO resolution to this awful experience.

Wonderful Beach Retreat

My wife, two sons (5 and 7) had a fantastic week in Miramar Beach. The cabin is on the smaller side but had everything we needed. Great location with easy access to the pool and beach. The deck was an added bonus.

Our condo was Sea Cabins 6A. It was clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Just steps to the sand. Can't wait for our next trip! Will definitely be back to Sea Cabins 6A!

Perfect Little Paradise! Don't Miss Out!

Where to begin…this little slice of heaven was absolutely perfect. To start, we were pleasantly surprised by the brand new “techy” sleeper couch (charging units in the couch) and a brand-new dining table and chairs (not pictured when we made our reservation). There are TV’s in every room along with Samsung charging units. The Master was private and I loved the overhead shower. The downstairs room was perfect for my kiddos and a couple of his baseball buddies that wanted to stay the night. There is a washer and dryer which other units do not have. Trust me, I know as I was the one volunteering to wash some uniforms. There is on-sight laundry by the pool also. The pool is literally steps away and we enjoyed many cups of coffee and beverages on the deck. One day a torrential down pour came and they have parking underneath the condo so we pulled some chairs out and hung out until we could hit the beach. Speaking of beach, it is a semi-private beach requiring a code so we never had an issue finding the perfect spot. (Also, if the kiddos are wired at night and hunting crabs but you just need a rest, they set up a bon-fire with comfy chairs right outside the small beach bar next to where we entered the beach.) The kitchen had everything you would need from a Keurig to a crockpot. I will say, make sure to fully shut the refrigerator and freezer doors as sometimes they tend to not close all the way if you lightly shut it. We could not have been happier and we will definitely be staying in 6A again!

Awesome location. House can use some maintenance

The location of this house is very convenient and lovely. Though you cannot view beach from you windows, its a block away where you can walk easily. we loved the morning and evening walks after dinner by the beach. The house can use some cleaning. We found cockroach upstairs and silkworm on bedding( :( ) Vacasa did not take any action when we emailed them about it..
