Stove, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, fridge and plenty of dishes; • the floors in the living room, hall and bedroom have a laminate flooring, bathroom and kitchen area have a tiled floor; • bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and towel radiator, • 2 roof terraces oriented to the southwest; • 1 car parking space for 1 car (number 38) in the basement garage of the residential complex (there is only one parking space per apartment);

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
