Fairplay offers you the feel of country living while being close by to other towns such as Breckenridge, Buena Vista and Salida.

This completely renovated mountain modern home combines the beauty of the mountains, with its rustic charm, to the calming elegance of modern design. The living and dining room have an abundance of natural light with its floor to ceiling windows, with a nice view of the mountains, and a modern gas fireplace on those nights when you want the warmth & glow of the fire. The all- new kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking or casual meals at home. The large island provides great counter space for your culinary feasts. A Nespresso machine is included for coffee lovers with lots of coffee flavor choices.

The deck has a gas grill and comfortable furniture for relaxing on warm days or snowy nights. The outdoor shed is equipped with bikes for great touring of town and beyond! We have a total of 6 bikes: 2- 26", 2-22" and 2-20" as well as a unique child's bike that's built for three. Please bring your own helmets.

The master bedroom has a king bed and bath with double sink and a tub & separate shower with large shower head. The calming blue porcelain tile will remind you of a beautiful sea.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and great natural light. And the third bedroom will welcome kids and adults alike with its bunk bed and warm design. All bedroom lamps come with built-in plug ins for phone charging.

This is a clean products home and has organic sheets and all safe products from shampoo, dish soap and laundry detergent.
The internet is strong and The Rock is equipped with family games and lots of DVDs! We also have a sound bar for your own music streaming.

We are conveniently located in town. It’s a 2-minute walk to enjoy local shopping, a stop at the ice cream shop or dining at a variety of restaurants; Salado for gourmet dining, Millonzi's for Italian fare and The Silver Scoop for great ice cream, coffee and sandwiches. We also have a new organic food truck- The Green Leaf Kitchen- which offers pressed juices, smoothies and healthy food bowls. Many more restaurants are in the process of opening up. We're also three blocks away from the South Park City Museum.

Fairplay is a quaint town with lots of options to explore including various retail shopping, a distillery and a winery. Also, our South Park Recreation center is less than a mile away. It's a fully-equipped gym with exercise classes and an indoor pool with lap lanes and a kids' water park with zero-depth entry.

Fairplay provides a welcome respite to the high tourist busyness of Breckenridge. Yet for those who'd like easy access, the Summit Shuttle is a few blocks away for the approximately 30-minute trip to Breck.
