If you like to wake up to the song of birds, come and rest in our villa located near Eu, in the charming village of Saint Pierre en Val, in a residential area. It will seduce you with its tranquility and the surrounding nature. It is close to the Bay of Somme and the Alabaster Coast,
The hiking trail in front of the house will take you to the forest of Eu on foot or with the bicycles provided free of charge.
The villa is not overlooked. You can enjoy the 2 terraces facing South-East and West, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. The garden is fully enclosed with a driveway for cars and in the basement a large garage for cars and motorcycles.
Accommodation:

EItil consists on the first floor, of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. Numerous robots, 1 coffee maker with filter, 1 Krubs espresso, dishwasher, etc...

- A bedroom with 1 bed of 180 that can be transformed into 2 single beds of 90
- A bedroom with a double bed of 140
- A bedroom upstairs with a double bed of 140
- A bedroom with 1 baby bed and everything necessary for baby.

A bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer and hair dryer.

Separate toilet.

With us, heating and hot water are provided by central heating and are free of charge.

Children will be delighted: gantry, free new or perfect bikes from 2 to 99 years old, child seat on 1 bike and a trailer for the little ones. 1 slide, 1 basketball hoop, and 1 badminton net are at their disposal.

Baby is welcome: we provide parents with complete equipment, bed, playpen, deckchair, high chair, bath, changing table, bottle warmer, baby monitor and safety barrier.

The village has a charging station for electric vehicles.
New; the village has a mini-market; groceries, fruit and vegetables, bread and pastries
Beds are made on arrival, towels are on request.
Tourist tax is to be paid on arrival.

Only a small or medium-sized dog is allowed for an extra charge of 50€. Out of respect for our guests with allergies, we no longer accept cats
We will be pleased to offer you some local products.
