Welcome to our family home. You will find all the comfort and calm within a 3-minute walk of the beach.

The proximity to the sea and the seawall are a major asset for walks in front of the beach, on the beach under the sun, the grey sky, the storm, in the early morning or at nightfall.

Our house is made up as follows:

- The first floor includes a kitchen, a scullery/laundry room, a separate toilet, a living-dining room living room with large south-facing bay windows, 1 bedroom (160cm bed) opening onto the terrace with its shower room + WC (master suite).

- Upstairs you will find a large shower room with a double sink + WC, 3 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other two with a 140cm bed each),

- Outside, you can enjoy the south-facing terrace, a large garden, barbecue, outdoor kitchen.

- A private space for your car in front of the house and free parking on the adjacent street.

Notes:

Bed linen and household linen are not included in the rental but it is possible to rent them via the concierge service.

The mandatory cleaning fee is €100.

A small supermarket is located 500m walk away, all shopping can be done on foot. The CAR NOMAD line n°101 is less than 100 meters away (line from Caen station to Courseulles-sur-mer).

Due to allergies, our animal friends are not welcome.

The time of your arrival can be flexible depending on availability, the exit must be at 10am.

- The first floor comprises a kitchen, an utility/laundry room, a large storeroom and a separate WC, a dining/living room with large south-facing windows, 1 bedroom (160cm bed) opening onto the terrace with its own shower room + WC.

- Upstairs, you'll find a large shower room with double washbasin and WC, and 3 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other two with 140cm beds),

- Outside, you can enjoy the south-facing terrace, large garden, BBQ and outdoor kitchen.

- There is a private parking space for your car in front of the house and free parking in the adjacent street.

A small supermarket is 500m away on foot, so all shopping can be done on foot. The CAR NOMAD line bus n°101 is 100 metres (line from Caen station to Courseulles-sur-mer).

Remarks:

Bed linen and household linen are not included in the rental price, but can be hired from the concierge service.

A compulsory cleaning fee of €100.
