It includes a new kitchen, a bathroom, a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bedroom ideal for a child or a single adult.

Outside, enjoy a garden, a terrace perfect for outdoor dining, and the surrounding calm, far from the urban hustle and bustle. The house is part of an old agricultural complex, with a farmyard.

Located between Corrèze, Dordogne and Périgord, near Brive-la-Gaillarde, the house is the ideal starting point to discover listed villages (Collonges-la-Rouge, Sarlat, Rocamadour), castles, caves, markets and hiking trails. A mini-market is only 5 km away.
