A Mixed Bag
Overall this visit was wonderful. From checkin, communication, location, amenities, to check out were wonderful.
One issue we had which took a day or two to figure out was the toilet wax seal was broken and leaking sewage water in the hallway bathroom. We got into the unit and the kids went to the pool and came back for dinner. Some changed in that bathroom so I assumed the water was from the kids changing and swimsuits. Well after a few days, we found out this wasn't the issue.
Thomas did have someone come out to fix it the day we reported it. My issue was how was this not noticed during the cleaning of the unit and how long has this been going on? from the looks of the underside of the toilet it looks to have been an ongoing issue. So I spent time cleaning the bathroom floor with bleach once the repair was made.
The only other issue we had was with the dryer. It does not dry the clothes. I had some clothes that ran for almost 2 hours and were not dry. When the dryer opened you could see condensation running down the door. So clearly this was an issue. We had the handyman for the toilet we had him look at the dryer. He said the vent in the machine and wall needed to be cleaned out by a professional company.
We reported this to Thomas and again they had someone come out the next day. This did not fix the issue though. We left the next day.
Overall great stay but small issues that are clearly overlooked and dirty/broken.
