This is a Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 Bath Townhome, a block and half to a wide uncrowded beach and only half a block to the bay. This quiet neighborhood area is ideally suited for families looking to enjoy all the island has to offer all summer! Close to the Townsend's Inlet hub of restaurants and shops as well as downtown Sea Isle , but far enough removed to not be in middle of all the hustle bustle. And for outdoor enthusiasts. The new kayak launch has been added to public fishing pier which is just a few blocks walk to 60th. Enter the first floor through the east side entrance --find two large bedrooms and one full hall bath as well as laundry facilities. The bedroom to the rear offers 1 Queen and a bunk bed with double over double beds.. Upstairs to the main floor you'll find a well equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counters and complementary custom cabinetry and fixtures. The floor is all open from the front deck to the kitchen offering ample dining and living space for relaxing with family and friends. There is a half bath off the kitchen on this floor. Off the living area is a front deck with it's own outdoor dining area.
At the rear of the second level is an Ensuite Queen bedroom with it's own deck overlooking the back yard area. Up to the top level are two more large bedrooms and full hall bath with double sink. The third floor rear bedroom also has its' own private rear deck and a King Bed and the other bedroom on the top level has a queen bed. The back yard is all stone and open space. And no shore home is complete without an enclosed outdoor shower.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
