Very nice place. The size and privacy we needed and good location. Having access to parking was key as well. We could walk to most places and short uber rides when needed.

The apartment is very clean , has everything you would need. If you are looking for a more sterile apartment , it was great. The host was very attentive.All in all a good stay.

This property is beautiful and was so much fun to stay here. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. The owners were very easy to communicate with and helped quickly with any issue. The only slight issue was the parking. The parking was about .3 miles (10-15 min walk) away from the house, which could be more detailed on the listing. I didn’t like leaving my vehicle that far away but it worked out ok!

Great little apartment for a girls weekend getaway. Apartment was clean, 3 bathrooms was a major plus and the location was fantastic. We had a small issue getting out of the parking lot as that parking lot is not big enough for large vehicles (do not recommend parking if your vehicle is larger than a 4 runner). Communication was prompt. Check out was very easy. Overall great little spot!

We had problems with all of the TVs. Also, the Internet. We also had to keep switching the breaker box in the first bedroom because it kept popping.

Perfect place to stay with my children and their spouses. We each had our own bathroom.Parking is included a few blocks away. We parked our cars and walked all over the peninsula. Apartment is close to everything. Was nice to have a full kitchen. We played cards each night.

My wife and I wanted to show other family members how wonderful Charleston is and booking this place was part of the charm they got to experience. Everything was clean upon arrival and each of the 3 bedrooms suited each couple. All 3 bathrooms were in great shape and supplied with pleasant shampoos, soap, and plush towels. The beds had nice linens and comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans, which we utilized several nights. WiFi was very good with TVs in all the bedrooms and living room. The living room couch was comfortable but maybe a small lounge chair would be helpful for a party of six adults. The host was very quick to respond to any of my questions or needs! The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was having to park a couple of blocks away but we were walking distance to most places. Also, if stairs are difficult then it might not be a good fit, although 2 in our party seemed to get up and down the steps okay, albeit, very slowly. A little heads up that Halloween weekend is an interesting time to come. The college kids around us had a great time and helped us to remember we were crazy and young once. Overall, we so enjoyed staying in such an old building but with all the upgrades. The location is close to so many good restaurants and historical locations. Highly recommend the place.

This is a beautiful, updated space in a historic home in downtown Charleston. The owner was very responsive and interested in making sure their guests had a comfortable stay. The only downside was that parking was a 10 minute walk away, which we were not expecting.

Absolutely loved the place. It was clean and plenty of space for the six of us. We ate in for breakfast and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is about a 10 minute walk to everything which made it perfect for us. The communication with the host was easy and instant. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Charleston.

the location was great, short walk to King street. i didn’t realize that Charleston is such a college town. the house worked out well. it had everything that we needed. the abandoned neighbor was the only oddity. the nightlife and restaurants were all great and close by.great family vacation!

This was a good location for exploring Charleston. It is only a couple of blocks to King Street which has lots of bars and restaurants, and also the bus stop which we used to catch city buses to explore. The unit was very clean and had plenty of space. The only negatives were the parking spots for the upstairs unit are about a 10 minute walk and there was very little water pressure in two of the bathroom faucets (showers were fine). Overall we would recommend this property.

This rental was close to shopping and restaurants on King Street. The parking space was several blocks away, so not super convenient. We did have a water pressure issue, but it was quickly remedied by a visit from maintenance. If we visit again, I’ll probably consider another location, but overall, it met our needs.
