We are located in the Coosawattee River Resort on 3 acres- 4 total lots. the last home on a dead-end street. No other cabins are visible from the property. Your family will have peace and feel quite remote, though the resort amenities and local activities are only a few minutes away.

Parking is at the top level, but just wait! 3 levels with 3 decks spanning the back of the house unfold on the other side with a loft above the main level.

500 mbps WiFi sped with extenders on each level. Dedicated work space.

2,400+ square feet of living space. Built in 2005.

Movie room, popcorn maker, hot tub, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace (fall and winter), 3 decks, grill, patio table, hammock. 4 sleeping areas, sleeps 8: 3 bedrooms (king, queen, bunk bed) each have smart TVs and deck access. Open Loft with AC unit sleeps 2 additional on 2 twin beds. 2 full bathrooms. Full laundry room.

Fully furnished and beautifully equipped with all the essentials- linens, towels, and cookware, kitchen towels, place mats, hot pads, dishes and cooking tools and grill tools ensuring a hassle free stay. Starter consumable items such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, sponge, hand and dishwasher and laundry soap.

The bottom level boasts the movie room with 65-inch smart TV, surround sound and gaming system. Enjoy relaxing in leather recliners on riser seating while eating popcorn fresh from the theater style popcorn maker. An electric fireplace makes the setting cozy and can help warm the room in fall/winter. The hot tub is on this walk out deck or make s’mores in the evenings while sitting around the firepit.

2 bedrooms, laundry, full bathroom and deck accessible from both bedrooms occupy the middle level. Queen bedroom with smart TV and deck access. Bunkbed room sleeps 3 (twin over full) also has a smart TV. Toys, books and board games for the family. Sneak out and relax on the outdoor deck swing and chairs while listening to the breeze and birds in the trees.

The upper-level deck wraps around both sides of the house and across the back. This level includes the fully equipped open kitchen, dining space, living room, master bedroom with attached full bathroom. This level has vaulted ceilings and lots of light! Indoor gas fireplace (available seasonally), Roku TV, and comfortable sectional. Board games and books. There is French door deck access from the living area with a grill and patio dining table outside. The master suite has a king bed, full attached bathroom, deck access and a hammock. The open loft above has 2 twin beds and an AC unit.

Coosawattee River Resort amenities are included with your stay: seasonal pools, indoor year round pool, game rooms, workout gym, game room, fishing, pickleball, tennis, mini golf, basketball and 5 river parks. If you will have 2 cars, bring tubes or kayaks and float from River Park down to take out at the park at Fife Bridge. Coosawattee River Resort also has a camp ground, walking paths, fishing with no license needed, and a suspension bridge.
