Welcome to Ronnie's Place, my dad Ronnie Collins' home on 5 private acres in Premier, WV. This is a big group house built for trail riders. Warrior trail access is less than 2 miles, with Pinnacle Creek, Indian Ridge, and the Warrior Connector about 10 miles out. Outlaw trails too.

Sleeps 12 comfortably. We can take up to 19 with extra guest fees for groups over 12. 4 bedrooms plus a bunk room, 3 full baths.

Where you'll sleep: 2 kings, 2 queens, a bunk room with 3 fulls and a twin, a fold-out sleeper sofa in the living room, and blow-up mattresses on request.

The whole house and the acreage are yours. Huge driveway for trucks and long trailers, plus a garage and carport so machines stay dry. Three porches, a fire pit, a grill, and a pond (some restrictions). Kitchen is fully stocked. Linens and towels are here. Netflix is on the house TVs. Wi-Fi works. Cell service is spotty.

Close to gas, groceries, and food (all within about 5 miles), but it still feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. You may hear coal trucks on Hwy 52. That's the neighborhood.

No pets. Bring your toothbrush, your people, and your machines.
