This 869 sq ft space was built in 1910, one of Calgary’s original homes, in a top/down duplex. The interior was recently updated.
You enter this unique space to feature a geometric mural which matches the energy of this vibrant community. Elegant, spacious and open living space featuring a nice soft shag rug and modern coffee table and a bright comfy yellow chair. The beautiful living room mural was painted by a local artist. Enjoy a restful evening in the living room by resting on a comfy sectional couch wrapped around a throw blanket and enjoying your favorite TV show or movie on the Smart TV that includes Netflix and Disney+; or turn on your favorite tunes on the wireless speaker that also lights up as a lantern. Sectional couch which easily pulls out into a sofa bed for one or two extra guests. Beautiful vinyl plank flooring throughout the spacious living room area, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. Sit down and read a book in a bright sun room situated in front of large bright windows that allow plenty of sunlight into the space surrounded by beautiful green plants.
There is a good size kitchen that is fully stocked with everything for your homemade meal cooking needs.The dining room features a mid century modern wooden table that can seat two to four to enjoy your meals. Coffee and tea provided in the suite with a kettle and a Nespresso machine at your convenience.
Feel relaxed in the spacious bedroom sanctuary that includes a beautiful calm blue accent wall and a comfortable queen bed. Waking up to dappled sun spilling through the lilac bushes outside the east window.
The bright, sparkling clean bathroom includes a shower and tub and a spacious vanity,
You will have access to a washer and dryer in the basement for your laundry.
If you`re like us and priority is the cleanliness of where you are staying, rest assured that every surface (including door knobs, light switches, cupboard, drawer and appliance handles) are wiped down with disinfecting wipes. and freshly launder all bedroom and bathroom linens, including all extra towels and blankets. We guarantee this as we spend hours cleaning and disinfecting after each guest ensuring its done thoroughly.
Driveway parking is available at the designated spot for the unit. An electronic permit for direct street parking is provided if requested.
Check in can be anytime after 3:00PM check in date and You can let yourselves in as you will have access via the August lock system. We can also provide you with a physical key as well if requested.

Along the neighborhoods main street, 1 Avenue NE, there are many local restaurants and local shops that you cannot find anywhere else. Everything is walking distance, so you do not need to drive. There are also e-scooters around to explore the neighborhood or cruise along the Bow River Pathway.

We are excited to share with you some transportation options available in our neighborhood. You will find a few bus systems around the corner from our location, including the #90 bus that can take you through Downtown core Beltline Area and to Foothills Hospital and University of Calgary.
For those looking to explore more of Calgary, the Bridgeland Ctrain station is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk away, connecting you to many parts of the city.
We provide parking for one vehicle in the alley, and street parking is also available for 1 hour. Moreover, if you want to rent a car without worrying about the maintenance, Calgary`s `Communauto` service is an excellent option to explore the city.
For those seeking a more eco-friendly mode of transportation, Uber and Electric Scooters are also available around the area from Spring to Fall.
Lastly, if you need a ride from the airport, we are happy to offer pick-up services if scheduling permits for a $50 fee. Just let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Although our property is pet-free, it may not be a good fit for those with severe allergies due to the possible presence of animals in the past
Complimentary coffee suitable for French press preparation is supplied for your convenience.
Moreover, the home includes a Nespresso machine (DēLonghi Nespresso Inissia); please note that coffee pods for the Nespresso machine are not included as part of the amenities.
There is a $300 penalty for unauthorized pets in the unit.
Sofa Beds: For your convenience, sofa beds will remain unmade unless specifically requested. This allows you to enjoy the space as it is, with more room to relax and unwind.
Outdoor Furniture: Please note that outdoor furniture is exposed to the elements and may have some pollen, dust, or other natural debris. We do our best to keep it clean, but this is part of the charm of enjoying the great outdoors!
- *No smoking or vaping of any substances in units or building. we will charge a penalty fee of $1000 or more to cover the cost of cleaning to remove the odor
- *Not suitable for pets, $500 penalty for unauthorized pets in the unit. This is also a breach of the house rules.
- *No parties or events
- *Noise is to be kept to a low level after 10pm on week days and over all respectful levels on the weekends.
- *We have zero tolerance for vandalism or abuse of others in the building and parties/drinking/drugs within the unit or on property. This space is designed to be a home away from home for you and we ask that you respect it that way as well as others privacy in the building.
-If you can’t access the unit at any time, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt alternate entry through windows or screens.
-Do not enter neighbor`s property without consent.
- * For security reasons, there are no visitors allowed in the unit other than the guests approved to stay, unless otherwise communicated to and approved by the host.
-if you would like a physical key, we request a security deposit of 100$, which will be returned to you after confirmation of receiving key upon your departure
-Please do not flush paper towels, tissues and feminine products down toilet
- Please use a reasonable amount of water and electricity to help us maintain a sustainable environment; excessive usage may result in additional charges.
-Unapproved Late Checkout Policy: Checkout is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkout fees: $50 (up to 1 hour), $100 (after 11 AM), $150 (after 12 PM)
- The main booker is required to send a photo of his/her ID upon confirming the reservation for verification purposes.
- Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.
- The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.
- Lost & Left-Behind Items upon Check-out: Please double-check and take all of your belongings with you at check-out. Our team is not responsible for any items left behind by guests. If you realize you’ve forgotten something, please contact us right away. While we cannot guarantee its return, we will do our best to assist. If you request shipping of left-behind items, a $70 fee will apply, and items will only be shipped once payment has been received.
