We enjoyed our stay at Pelicans Perch! The pools were great to play in and sit around and enjoy. The Boardwalk Grill was yummy and coconut hut was a fun time.

We enjoyed our time in pelicans perch. My only recommendation would be a second bathroom would have been nice and the grass was not mowed on the side.

Perfect family vacation!

We will definitely be returning in the future. We loved the little house and having a pool and the lake right out our front door. Everything is set up really nice and the people that run it was very prompt and helpful any questions.

Lake life convenience!

Property is a great use of space and very clean. All the amenities you could ask for a lake experience all within a few steps of the property!

Great weekend away

This property has everything you could want—sleeps 6, pool, there are outdoor games like cornhole set up, and you’re right across the street from the lake. There’s a boardwalk and bike path right in front of the property, and you can walk right down the street (less than 1/4 mile) for lunch and dinner at the Boardwalk Grill. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

It is only going to get better once our second phase units, pool, and green space is all finished. You will have to come back to stay next summer to see all the new improvements!

Girls trip

Three old friends and their daughters came and had a blast at this little community. It was absolutely perfect and meet intend on making a reservation for next year in the same cabin! Hopefully a new yearly tradition.

Celina Escape

Beautiful property on the lake front with great amenities. The construction crew waking you at 7am was rough, but otherwise great experience.

The Perfect Place to Perch

We really enjoyed our time at Boardwalk Village! We played cornhole, watched movies, swam in the pool, and caught some nice fish! It was so relaxing to just sit on the porch in the evenings and listen to the pool fountains and enjoy the lights. The lake was gorgeous, and everyone was very nice. We would love to come back!

Dishes were put away dirty. So makes me wonder about the bed.

I assure you and future guests that our linen service is top notch and are freshly laundered between each guest. We hope you decide to come back and have an even better experience!

Loft Bedrooms and Equipment

The stairs for the loft are more for younger people, they are very narrow and small. This was the best organized kitchen we have stayed in. Everything was labeled and in its place :)

Relaxing time

This little colorful cottage was so lovely to stay in. It was a great size for Our family of 6 of 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 toddler. The loft ladder was really fascinating to our 3 year old and she wanted to climb and be in loft so someone always had to be with her. If you are a family with little ones just be aware the ladder and loft isn't really designed for little humans. We loved to play corn hole and the pool area was so nice and clean. The pool is 3 feet so good to float and relax and good depth for little ones. We noticed at night a maintenance person would come and check things and maintain the pool, which we think was salt and is awesome if it is, and during the morning there were workers cleaning up and weeding and just making sure things were nice. Our electric plug wasn’t working and they came right away to fix. The cottage is so clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch! Just be aware there is not a lot of good food places for vegetarian/vegan people. The Brew Nation was our favorite place to eat and get coffee, wood fired pizza, brewery bar area. You can walk to it! There is not a lot to do in Celina but it is nice to go here and relax away from things. It is by a lake but there is no beach area and I am not sure you can swim in this lake?? We did see a few boats while we were there. There is a cute little water pad area and park for little kids that we walked to, that was really nice. These cottages are very well maintained and taken care of, love all the colors! It was a safe area and a little cozy village that felt good.

For the lake, it is unfortunate we don't have a beach right out front, but there are a couple beaches not to far from us :) The lake continues to improve every year and this year has been one of our best years for swimming, tubing, and boating! We hope you and your family can come back again:)
