Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no passage, it offers absolute tranquility and direct access to the ocean. You will be only a 5-minute walk from the beach of Les Seulières, often cited as the most beautiful on the island. This superb sandy beach, bordered by wild dunes, stretches for several kilometers – an enchanting setting for your swims, sunset walks or morning surfing sessions. You can admire a breathtaking view of the Chassiron lighthouse in the distance and unforgettable sunsets.<br><br>The accommodation has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. <br><br>The first bedroom has a Queen bed, size 160x200 with a view of the garden.<br>The second bedroom, on the south side, has two single beds, 90 × 190 which can be either separated or grouped together as a King size bed (desired configuration to be specified at the time of booking)<br><br>Finally, the third bedroom has two bunk beds 90x200 and a third bed 80x200<br><br>Bed linen is provided and in place on arrival.<br><br>Towels can be provided for a rental fee of €5 per stay for 1 large and 1 small towel (to be paid on site). Remember to specify this when making your reservation.<br><br>Everyone will find their place, whether you are going with a large family or friends. The main living space is modern, warm and bright, with a living room opening onto the terrace. The adjoining American kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare good dishes with the products of the island (oysters, local wine, fresh fruit and vegetables, local fishing). You will find a large refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, 4 induction hobs, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a dishwasher. For your comfort, we also provide a linen room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, very practical after a day of beach or surfing.
