Front door appearance very poor. Lots of overgrown weeds. Cigarette butts. Screen door not functional. Dust and dirt inside. Sliding doors hard to slide and did not lock. Dust under refrigerator; ice tray leaked, freezer water leaked onto floor. Arm chair in LR broken. Towels thin and dingy. No kitchen towels. Although I was refunded 40% and did very much appreciate that, this was a poor experience for a family holiday stay. I have been using AB&B for years and this was my first VRBO. I was embarrassed to host my family here. Again, very disappointed.

The house was great for our needs. My only recommendation for the owner is the kitchen is sparsely furnished add more it’s and pans and tall glasses. TVs would be nice in each bedroom and the lawn could be landscaped. The pool area was very nice could use updated lawn furniture

Owner was very responsive from day 1. The house was great, fulfilled all of our needs without too much issue. There were 2 young families staying and everyone had a good time. The only hiccup is they’re in desperate need for a handyman to fix a bunch of little things. They also need a landscaper to clean up the lawn and backyard. Other than that, spot on. Thanks again!

Great vacation place!

This location is conveniently located to so many attractions and activities in Melbourne and on the Space Coast. The neighborhood was attractive and quiet. The neighbors were friendly. Most importantly, we really enjoyed every minute at the house! There was space for playing cards, a game of billiards, being in the pool, eating, relaxing, and watching television all at the same time. Lots of space and choices for the whole family. The host was very easy to contact and made sure our stay was comfortable. We appreciate the extra touches like coffee, books, high chair, pack n play, and pool towels! If you need a large space and like a relaxing location this is truly it. We cant wait to come back and explore more of the area.

Plenty of room for our 2 families, fast response from host.

We arrived late on a Saturday to the property. With it being an older house the layout is interesting, but had plenty of rooms, beds were all comfortable and house was clean, and upgraded. The rear AC was not working when we arrived, but host promptly responded and had someone out Sunday to fix it other then the AC issue, only other maintenance item we saw was baseboard in master bathroom is warped and damaged from shower splashing/leaking on it. Was still an excellent stay for our 2 families 12 total people from ages 8 to 45.

Felt like we were in prison! Couldn't wait to go home!

We chose this home because it had a pool for the kids and was near family. We checked in on Friday and went to see family. On Saturday, we saw that the pool water level was low, the pump was making a screeching noise, the water was green, on bottom of pool there was sand and on walls there was visible algae growth. We contacted host and told her I would add water she said pool lady would be there Wednesday. So, that means 5 days without pool. Pool lady showed up unannounced on Thursday. Dumped chlorine in pool, scrubbed walls and told us we couldn't use it for at least an hour. So we got to use pool a total of 2 days! Was told we could not have family over for dinner, not to stay, just for dinner. So we went shopping. When we returned my nieces,nephews, brother and sister in law followed and came inside for no more than 10 minutes to wait while we got ready, picked up my mom and kids got ready to go eat. (Couldn't have guests) So accused of breaking rule! While out in pool swimming, tossing ball around on 1 of the 2 days we could use it, playing country music we were then harassed by neighbor being vulgar yelling to be quiet (7pm). We were told quiet hours were from 10pm - 8am. They were not overly loud and neither was the music. We were supposed to be on vacation for God's sake. There was mildew on baseboards in one of the bathrooms, tv in one of the rooms didn't work at all, remotes to all tvs didn't work as batteries were dead(was told that there were batteries in pantry, there weren't so we bought some and replaced them) the thermostat batteries went dead so we replaced those so we would have A/C. To top it off, we discovered a ring camera in a living room area(have video)that we didn't notice until Thursday. There was also a ring camera in closed pool area that could also pick up audio. We contacted customer service and explained our issues and were told that they would try to find another place if available. We had 4 kids and 5 adults that just drove 24 hours to get there, we didn't want to have to pack everything up and go to another place and lose another whole day driving and unpacking. So we said we would stay despite feeling like a prisoner. We are very unhappy, vacation was ruined that was to be a surprise to my brother as we brought my mom with us(first time she was able to visit them in Florida since they moved 12 years ago). I'm thoroughly disgusted and at this very moment will never use VRBO to book anything!

This Guests was new to VRBO and didn’t understand they had to follow the house rules. The Guests was not honest on their review. They asked me for guests coming to my house for a dinner, I responded immediately that we don’t allow party but if it was just a dinner I could made exception for her to have couple of friends come over for a dinner. She lied about it and she already hosted a party the day before she asked me. She continued doing that and had a complaint from my neighbor when they were loud in my backyard. She lied to me again about there are few young kids running around the pool ( I only saw a bunch of teenagers and adults on my Ring door bell). I have called VRBO and provided the proof to them and they suggested me to ask this group of people to leave immediately without any refund, but I didn’t ask them to leave and let they stay until the end. I asked for photos of any issues about the house, they couldn’t provide even one! I strongly Not recommend this group to any airbnb host.

Nice calm place

It was a nice and clean house. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful. It’s a very big and spacious house. Very beautiful just like the pictures show.

Property was well stocked with items to make the stay easy. Only suggestion is to place curtains on living room windows since the sofa was a sleeping area. Had a great stay.

Family reunion vacation

My family from around the US met in FL and the house was convenient to relatives. The house was conveniently located and to the beach and other attractions. The house floor plan was very convenient for our group and all ages enjoyed the pool. Would definitely try and stay again if we can make another trip.
