The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens for your comfort.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

Wi-Fi is provided throughout your stay.

A smoke detector is installed for your safety.
Please do not touch the plug or unplug the water heater.

Parcels and mail can be collected from a nearby pickup point—there is no mailbox available.

The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs only, and is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
