The newly renovated 65 sqm large holiday home is located in the outside area right in the heartland of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Schaalsee. The former German-German border area has become home to many rare animals and birds such as eagles, otters, toads and cranes and invites in the impressive landscape both to relax and to activities a. The house stands on a 6000 sqm plot of rural land, has a large terrace and is in a holiday-detached house in a quiet location.
The apartment consists of a large living area with fireplace and HD TV and integrated kitchen with dishwasher, high-quality kitchen equipment. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room. A second shower room is located downstairs.
A large terrace (south / west) overlooking the old orchard can be reached directly from the living area. A natural path leads to about 450 m away Schaalsee. The official swimming area is only about one kilometer away from the house.
The Schaalsee region is centrally and easily accessible from northern Germany's major cities such as Hamburg, Lübeck, Rostock, Schwerin and Wismar. The Baltic Sea is about 45 kilometers away and can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
The Schaalsee region is a special experience for all 4 seasons. In the weeks before Christmas you can visit the popular Christmas markets in Hamburg and Lübeck and connect to a pre-Christmas shopping. All nearby cities are worth a visit and offer cultural and historical monuments.
