Nice 90m² holiday home just 200m from the beach

The well-equipped holiday home has a living room with dining area, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can be used by up to 6 people. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Outside there are two furnished, covered terraces and a brick grill. Two loungers with cushions and a hammock invite you to relax.

You have unlimited access and rent the entire house.

The property is surrounded by a wall with a large gate.
The garden has been lovingly designed with lots of flowers, plants and trees (including Avocado, papaya, jackfruit, banana, mango, ambarella, lime, star fruit and cinnamon).
The airport is about 100 km from the house.
Airport transfer is also offered, but is not included in the rental price.
Our local property manager, Victor, speaks German and takes care of all your local needs. He owns a minibus and a tuk tuk and will be happy to show you the wonderful surroundings on day trips or multi-day tours.
These can be booked directly with Victor.

On request, Victor's wife Mallika cooks rice with curry for you and prepares delicious salads.

In the morning and evening, a tuk tuk drives through the village and delivers bread and other baked goods.
The nearest large town, Aluthgama, is 3.5 km away and can be easily reached on foot, bus or tuk tuk.

The "Ypsilon" hotel with a restaurant is located on the beach, 200 meters away. You can use the hotel's own beach section with beach chairs free of charge. However, drinks and a bite to eat are expected to be consumed.

The temple complex Kande Vihara in Aluthgama is worth seeing.
You can also take a 2-3 hour boat ride on the Bentota River and through the mangroves.
A turtle farm is 15 km away.
On the way to Galle there is a very old temple complex in which the history of the Buddha is shown.
