Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again, my family and I enjoyed the comfort and welcoming feel of the home! It was the perfect place to get a good vacations.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. My family had a great time and used all the amenities (grill and pool).

The house, pool, and yard were beautifully maintained. The kitchen had almost everything visitors would need to prepare a basic meal.

Great property and location

We had a great holiday and stay. The house was clean and a great location. Dominick was a great host and responded quickly when I had a question.

Property was extremely clean and well stocked. Chairs, tent and even a cooler for the beach. Soaking pool is perfect for cooling off. Loved the entire back areaConnor’s Steak and Seafood was delicious and only 5 minutes away!

January/February Stay

Very nice house. Good location but on a major street so a bit noisy. Owners were excellent and addressed any questions or issues immediately.

House is just as described. Clean, comfortable. Backyard was enjoyable with furniture and pool. Kitchen well-stocked. House location is close to beach, shopping, restaurants. The only complaint a person may have is that the house is on a busy street but it didn’t bother us. Road noise couldn’t be heard from inside the house. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The property location is a gemstone and very centralized, it is one of two main streets to Siesta Key Island, super close to downtown and access to mainly everything within 10-15minutes. You're correct and thank you for mentioning that from inside the property and backyard, noise is minimal to none, making it a perfect getaway for rest and relaxation while affording convenience of proximity to desirable local destinations. The host was THE most responsive and pleasant host we've ever dealt with, from the booking until check out. House was as described. Very roomy, lots of closet space, 2 full bathrooms. Nice outdoor area. Nice large kitchen and refrigerator. Location was excellent as far as close to Siesta Key, Downtown Sarasota and St. Armand's Circle. We rode our bikes everywhere. Walking distance to a Publix and a really great restaurant, Connor's Steak and Seafood. They also accept pets, which was wonderful. The only "negative" was the house was on a pretty busy street, so during the day it was a lot of traffic noise, however, at night, it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Thankful for this beautiful home

This home is lovely! It’s so well set up and full of perfect details. Dominick was so responsive to any and all questions, he provided recommendations and was always available to help navigate any questions . The layout, cleanliness and home was exactly what we needed to help our thanksgiving away from home absolutely the best! The pool Was perfect with my 5 year old, the proximity to everything was perfect! I can’t wait to come back and would not need to search homes, I would choose this property again and again!

Fantastic Home

This house was perfect and the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. The house is perfectly described. The beds are comfortable. We felt at home. We would 100% stay here again. It is just a couple minutes to the Siesta Key shops and restaurants. There's also many restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store is about a mile away. We had 6 adults who traveled to Florida for our daughters' lacrosse games.

Perfect Vacation

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed a family Easter vacation with my parents. My dad has limited mobility so it was important to find just the right house that would work for him and for my young kids. I was immediately impressed with how clean and beautifully decorated the house was. The outside patio and pool were a favorite chill space and dinner on the grill was a treat. Dominick, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had what we needed and was happy to answer my questions during our stay.

Home away from home

Casa Amarela was the perfect home for our family's recent trip to Sarasota. Check-in / Check-out was easy, and Dominick was very accommodating, offering local suggestions for dining and activities. The home was immaculate and stylish with plenty of room for this family of four. Very short drive to beaches, local shopping, and dining. The pool on the property was an extra bonus. Very refreshing after a day of exploring Sarasota. We would highly recommend choosing this property for your visit to Sarasota!
