Ficamos em um apartamento incrível. Muito grande, com todas as comodidades e muito confortável.

I was in Park regency for 8 nights. The hotel is great and the room is amazing, with kitchen and a fireplace. Shuttle service is terrific, taking you to base mountain or main street. Even after the schedules, it can take you wherever you want or pick you up. The drivers are awesome. Unfortunately, the wifi at the room doesn't work. I could not connect even once. it only works at the lobby. The staff at the lobby was helpful and they held many stuffs I had bought and delivered there, with no charge for it. The room service is terrible. Although I knew the housekeeper would only go once, she just stretched the sheets and change towels. She threw a shirt of mine on the floor and keep a blanket also on the floor. Besides, she did not take out the trash. Therefore, for me, this service was unsatisfactory.
