Tranquility with a view
One comes to San Diego to enjoy the coast and this property directly on the coast is all about the view. Not only are the nightly sunsets toast worthy, a small neighborhood gathering came around every night to view the setting sun seemingly reaffirming how great a spot this really is. In addition to the view, the sound of the waves crashing against the rocky cliffs is instantly relaxing. Despite living in the coastal area for decades I never followed the tides until staying at this property. Getting a tides app while here is a must not only to know when one can go to the beach just below the property but to know when, especially while the moon is full, the waves will crash over the cliffs and create a huge spray. It seemed each day had some new thrill to watch from the large glass doors in the living room.
In addition to the wonderful vistas, the apartment has a comfortable bed, a well appointed kitchen with all the tools one would need to prepare meals, including several small appliances. All the large appliances are full sized, in good working order and pristinely clean. The modern television is enormous. There is a property manager that comes by most mornings and is helpful but not at all overbearing. Having secure off street parking is a rare plus in this area. We had two vehicles and never had trouble finding street parking. We found this property to be a clean, quiet, comfortable spot to enjoy the coast and the sunshine.
