Beautiful 3 bedroom villa just 7 minutes walk from the famous Nissibeach

Casa Micha is a really nice holiday home. A charming detached villa with a pool and 3 bedrooms. Lovingly furnished and private, with a view over wide fields and towards the sea. It is bright, spacious and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a traditional grill. The enclosed garden offers plenty of sun and shady areas with an outdoor shower and pool. You have free WiFi throughout the house. The house is only a 7 minute walk from the fabulous Nissi beach, numerous restaurants and bars. Couple and family friendly, but pets are also welcome.

Ground floor:
The ground floor has a large open area with the living room, kitchen, dining room and utility area. There is also a guest toilet with a sink and toilet.

Living room:
The comfortable and stylish living room has an international TV, DVD player and stereo. You can easily reach the terrace from the living room through a sliding door.

dining area:
This has a small wood stove that can be used in the cold months. The dining table also offers space for 6-8 people.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with modern granite tops, oven, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and of course with dishes and utensils you need.

Utility Area:
The utility area has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a fridge with freezer and a water dispenser. There is also gas heating for cozy autumn and spring evenings.

Upstairs:
Bedroom:
1st bedroom: has a double bed with large closet and a chest of drawers.
2nd bedroom: has two single beds, a large closet and also a chest of drawers.
Third Bedroom: has a double bed and two dressers.
All rooms have air conditioning (blower heating for the cold winter days) and infrared heaters.

Bathroom:
In the bathroom there is a marble vanity with a sink, a bathtub with shower wall and shower and a toilet.

The garden:
There you will find a new, beautiful, large pool that is ideal for swimming for young and old. There is also a tiled sun terrace with a table and chairs to sit comfortably together. The entire terrace is surrounded by a beautiful bougainvillea hedge. For great nights you can illuminate the terrace very nicely.

Cleaning:
Cleaning is carried out to the highest standard before each stay. There are NO beach towels, you have to bring this yourself.

Other important information:
Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for people with walking difficulties as it has stairs and steps.

Discounts are available for stays of 3 weeks or more.

Guests are requested to check out by 10:00 a.m. A later check-out can also be carried out on request, provided it is announced in time and there is enough time for incoming guests to clean.
The earliest check-in time is at 2:00 p.m.

How to get to Casa Micha:
Larnaca Airport is just 40 minutes away on the nearby highway. If you want, we can have you picked up from the airport and conveniently taken to the holiday home for 50 € one way.
Paphos Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away.

About the region:
Casa Micha is only a 7 minute walk from the fabulous Nissi beach, good restaurants and bars. You can rent a car or take a bus to downtown Ayia Napa for € 1.50. The Water World water park is not far away and there are numerous beautiful beaches on this stretch of coast. Thanks to the flat roads, the place is also suitable for cycling or taking long walks.
There are many small supermarkets in the area, but there is also more choice. There are large supermarkets for example Lidl and Carrefour in Paramlimni about 5 km away. Ayia Napa is about 2 km long and offers Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Lebanese, Fijian, Scandinavian, Italian restaurants, but of course there are also numerous Cypriot fish restaurants and taverns.
